Adams Passports and Visas

I would HIGHLY recommend Lisa. The day I booked my ticket to Brazil I found the visa process to be overwhelming. I called Lisa and she answered immediately. When I asked her if she could get me a visa faster than me going to the consulate she said «it depends, when is the first available appointment?» I instantly trusted her, she could have easily answered yes just to get my business. It turns out that she could get it to me an entire month before doing it myself so I sent her all of the stuff she told me she needed. However, I completely forgot to send the return envelope so that she could mail it back to me. Instead of just requesting I mail something off again she calls and said «I looked at your address and it’s actually not far from where I’ll be on the 5^th, I can just bring it to you.» Really??? She offers to hand deliver my passport and visa for me? I will use Lisa for all visas in the future and I would suggest you do too, she’s honest, professional, and goes out of her way for her clients.
