Paul is in my opinion if not the best, one of the best trust worthy techs ever. Always on the mark, honest and on time. I have been taking my stuff to him for over 10 years . I highly recommend his place.

Paul has been servicing my home and work computers for many years now. He knows his stuff and his prices are fair. He’s a good guy who won’t steer you wrong! I highly recommend him!

I recommend this shop just a few blocks west of IKEA. I was introduced to Burbank Computer in 2002, when I wanted a new desktop system that incorporated ProTools and a trusted colleague recommended this place. I liked the idea of supporting a locally-owned store. And, I liked the idea of having a super hot customized PC for perhaps the same, or(*gasp*) maybe less, than what I could purchase from a big box retailer. I talked with the owner, Paul Kong, and found him to be approachable and undaunted by my requests. Let’s do this! I was very happy with the system that was built for me. My system was ready in 3 days, and had just what I wanted on it, plus a few cool surprises(e.g. Windows XP Pro way before my friends had even heard of XP). As an eco-minded conservationist, I am loathe replace my system each time technology advances. Instead, Paul upgrades /updates the hardware /software according to my needs. He is intuitive, and always honest and open about his recommendations for me. The pricing is very reasonable. and sometimes he makes tweaks for no charge! I appreciate his willingness to work on my computer, even hardware issues, on a fast turnaround(usually under 24 hours). 7 years later, I am still using the system to write this review… makes me think that the parts used in my machine are better quality than the mass-produced PCs that are on store shelves. Would give 5 stars if they offered pickup and delivery service, but they are busy working on computers so how can they? I understand… Delete the big box store from your emergency call list and support this local shop instead!
