I had my comfort maintenance plan worked by Tech Waylon on 5÷26÷16. He called ahead, when on-​site, and when leaving with a detailed report on what he did. Stuart Mechanical Services installed my system when my house was built and I have been with them ever since. I have only had a couple of emergency calls but when I did they came out quickly and I got a discount since I have the PM agreement program. I would highly recommend them for sales and service.

We moved to Dacula about a year ago and have used Stuart Pro Air since we moved into our new home. In today’s environment when it seems like most companies have forgot how to provide good service, Stuart Pro Air is a refreshing exception as they have proved over and over that they are committed to good customer service and total satisfaction.
We have had 3 service calls in the past year and have found the company and the onsite technicians to be very professional each time. Not only did they diagnose and resolve the problem timely, each time they offered advise on how to keep all of our systems up and running smoothly. Last week Samir from Stuart Pro Air was onsite and diagnosed the problem with one of our A/​C units within 10 minutes and had the new parts installed and our A/​C back on in about 45 minutes.
We love our new house and our new HVAC partner. If you are looking for any type of HVAC service, I highly recommend this one!

My husband scheduled the call on a Sunday and actually talked to a live person who had the on-​call person call me back (within 5 minutes!). We were scheduled for an afternoon session and were called 30 minutes prior to the tech’s arrival. Wayne came out to our home and was very professional and listened to all my husband’s concerns and started to troubleshoot the systems. Wayne was thorough and answered any and all questions my husband had — I would have thought that my husband would have annoyed him with all the questions, but Wayne was patient and explained each step of the way. He thoroughly tested everything along the way to finally come up with a reversing valve being the problem. He also tested the second unit and found the leak. Needless to say his professionalism and thoroughness was awesome — he definitely went above and beyond to explain everything that was wrong. We were so impressed by him that we wanted him come back with parts and fix our units. Wayne is a stand-​up, detail orientated technician who knows his profession very well and is thorough. Best of all he educated my husband along the way just so that my husband could understand what was going on. I would recommend Wayne and the company for your HVAC needs making me their life-​time customer.

Previously we had another tech from this company come out and diagnose problems with 2 of my units and parts had to be ordered. My husband and I had a great experience with Wayne (the initial technician) and we thought it was just a fluke. We were once again pleasantly surprised that Mark and Jerry worked with the same high standards and professionalism as Wayne. They were on-​time and we got our 30 minutes to arrival call and immediately went to work. Masters of their craft, they split up the jobs as we had issues with 2 of the units and started the work. I thought this was going to take 4 – 5 hours but both Mark and Jerry were focused at their jobs and went at it with surgical precision and within about 3 hours they were done. The explained everything that they had done and were very polite and pleasant to work with. I would recommend Mark and Jerry and the company for your HVAC needs. The experience alone would make me a life-​time customer!

My son has been trying to get his AC fixed, new home, unit installed my these guys, for over month. Multiple visits, mostly late.
Finally on 3^rd visit they «think» they know what the problem is…
Now they have failed to show again. Still waiting at 8:59pm for an appointment in the 3 — 7pm window. Service manager finally called back at 7:20 to say some one would be there in 30 to 45 minutes. Still waiting.
Can’t get a call back, completely non-​responsive, as bad a company as I have ever dealt with.
In my opinion don’t use them if you don’t have to, period.
By the way, I have asked for two days for a simple phone call and explanation before writing this review — they simply don’t care about their customers.
They get 1 star because I don’t how tongive zero.

The technicians they sent out were very nice, although I would absolutely warn against the so-​called ‘comfort plan’ of planned spring/​fall maintenance. The spring inspection on our unit (which was supposed to make sure we were «ready for the first day of summer») somehow failed to test if the the AC was working, and hence when it got hot and we tried to turn on the AC the unit wasn’t blowing cold air. When I complained about this to management, they said that we could either pay for ANOTHER technician to come out, or use up our fall inspection appointment. Some year-​round service. What a rip off!
Also, they only offer 15% off labor and parts with the comfort plan, as opposed to other companies which offer 20% off labor and parts (like Central Air Heat and Air, who we are now with). Our renovator used Stuart so we went with them too, but I’m sorry to say that I can’t recommend them for an average homeowner. Maybe if you’re a builder and they need your business they’ll be more flexible, but for the little guy? You’re better off with another company.

Buyer Beware
I used them for my hvac needs because they were the ones who originally installed the units for my builder.
My issue: nothing they fix seems to last.
After my upstairs unit had issues I purchased their service agreement to get a discount on that bill. My unit is only 4 years old. Every time they came for a service they found something wrong and had to do another repair. This means additional money.
Then the original repair that they performed last year broke 1 year to the date. (Last night) I’ve been living in GA all my life and I know I am not supposed to see my HVAC repairman this much. I also know the repairs they make should last more than a year.
Finally (*insert mystery music here*)I wouldn’t be surprised to find out they were tampering with the units to drum up business. Anytime they visit my neighbor something goes on with mine within the week. I even asked the guy about it once. All he did was giggle. It could be that they are the same age or it could be something else. The fact that they have such high turnover rates and such short lasting repairs makes me suspicious.
