I recently bought a house and used them for two septic tank inspections. Once we picked the house, they came and fixed up the tank for us and pumped it. Clarence answered the phone and scheduled all the services for us. Jamie came and did the work. They are all awesome. So professional and courteous, always punctual and did a great job! I will definitely use them from now and recommend them to everyone.

I had issues that required the services of this company. I debated on three and decided, based on several review sites to use Septic Service Pro. Nick and Jaime were onsite with an hour. Nick explained what was going to happen and exact cost involved.
After uncovering the tank additional work needed to be performed. Nick gave me a fixed price regardless of what other issues they ran into. Very professional and reputable as they could have easily charged me more.
I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them for their services.

This company came out within a few hours of me calling them, telling them the septic was backing up into the basement. I had no idea on where the septic was located. They found it within 5 minutes. They dug the cover out and had it open quickly. They discovered there was roots coming in and blocking the path. Had it all cleaned out and ready to go within 2 hours. They were quick and efficient.
