Friendly and efficient, from the receptionist to the scheduler. The repairman was Ryan, and he explained everything upfront. He also thought the rollers would need to be replaced, but upon a closer look he informed me they did not. Very grateful to have saved some the money. Would highly recommend them in the future

Great job on our door opener replacement. Ryan and Ray were courteous and professional. They went the extra mile to make sure my vehicle was reprogrammed to the new opener and even added all three doors to my spouse’s vehicle. Ryan took extra care in installing the new opener button on the existing 3 button panel, which took a bit of time and patience! I received a confirmation call for the appointment and they left the area neat and tidy.

I recently had Elite come to tune up my garage doors. While they arrived on time and left my doors squeak free, their professionalism and attitude had a lot to be desired. They failed to point out a structural issue until after they conducted the tune up, left greasy hand prints in my garage, and were simply unprofessional. I probably would not use them again.
