DON’T CALL THEM !!!
I had very good experience with them 8 yrs ago, so this time my a/​c had problem i called them… wish i didn’t!!!
very bad attitude tech came, chowing a piece of plastic (looks like screw), i can’t understand a word he is saying. My 5 yr old a/​c keep having problem after another, no matter how many times I asked them to send over different tech, same guy comes and I’ve already spend $ 1000 in past 3 months, and again this time they wanted more $ to fix, I am going to find someone else.
I will never know the truth but I feel like they come and fix one thing and break another to make $.
