I went in today to purchase a vanilla bean bundt cake mix(very delicious) and a glaze for the cake. A sales rep approached me and was EXTREMELYRUDE and ADAMANT that the cake did not come with glaze. She was too busy talking over me to hear that the glaze did come with the mix and came in its own separate box. When she finally did listen she said«oh we did have it a while back, not any more.» And walked away. I have been to various William Sonomas, even have the credit card and I have never been treated so rudely as a customer. The Buffalo store sucks and the customer service is absolutely terrible. Never going back there and definitely contacting William Sonoma headquarters.

Just did the cooking class and it was amazing. The food was delicious and the class was very informative. Would definitely do it again.

I stopped by here randomly a few days ago. The employee told me about some cooking classes. Some free, some with a fee. I checked out a free one first. Sunday morning 10 am. Each class has a theme. There were people lining up by 9:30. Once we got in I knew why. Limited seating. So many were standing for the hour long class. The chef was very good but it’s clear the point of these classes is to sell their products. Mostly cooking instruments today. She showcased a few very well and I saw people buying as I left. If you buy right after the class you get 10% off. If you are a cook and like gadgets id come take one of these classes. You are bound to learn something. And the equipment they sell really is terrific. If you have the money and space for them. 3 stars, it’s a chain. But if I were rating the employee only it would be 5 stars. Kristi was great. Knew her food. Knew the products. Sold sold sold. Her manager must be very happy with her. If I were them Id start the classes at 9 am. 27⁄2015
