They sell the world most salty fries. When the first fry entered my mouth, it was an explosion of salt, leaving the most distasteful feeling I’ve ever felt. Overall, don’t order their fries as it is a salt mine. Be smart and ask for unsalted fries to avoid this mess.

I really wanted to like this place because the support good causes but their food is more expensive than Portillos and quailty is worse than McDonalds. Burger was tasteless — fries were ok, however. This place is not well maintained either, Ketchup dispenser desperately needs to be cleaned because it squirts Ketchup all over the counter and floor. Staff doesn’t see to care much and floor is decorated with napkins and ketchup — looks rather disturbing. Given that the other Wendy’s locations have closed their doors and this one looks old and dated, rather uninviting, I am surprised that they are still in business but maybe they are living off Stevenson students. Definitely not goiung back.

Just a typical Wendy’s — nothing special about, its not crowded, etc. Like most Wendys, it does not have self serve drinks even though there’s lots of space available for such a dispensing area. I did discover that it does give free senior-size drinks to «old folks».

All you can hope for in the drive-thru is an accurate order and fast service. This Wendy’s location nailed it. Gotta pull forward to the next window, ciao!

I have never had any problems with this Wendy’s location. I am just not a very big fan of Wendy’s in general. So why did I come here? I had strep and I was really craving a Frosty. It was good. I was happy I stopped. Frosty’s are the only reason I go to Wendy’s! I have to give them an extra star because I used to go here all the time in high school when it was one of the few places you could get to during Stevenson’s lunch period. Now that the area is built up, Stevenson kids have way too many choices, but Wendy’s was there for me!

Ditto! Today another messed up order. No sorry. They replaced what was wrong and that was it. Poor customer service! Oh, can I have some fries to go with my salt. There are plenty of other places to go to around here. The more you screw up the less we come here. We used to come at least once a week and now maybe once a month.

This Wendy’s is horrible. This is the one that’s located in the Dominick’s parking lot, on Route 22. They’ve messed up my order on several occasions(and NEVER busy, mind you. So they can’t use that as an excuse.) And I don’t think anybody here speaks English. I’m all for cultural diversity — but when I’m trying to place an order and we can’t understand each other — THERE’S ANISSUE. Your employees who interact with the public have got to be able to speak the language!

I’m a fan of Wendy’s don’t doubt it. However this one in particular is pretty poor. It’s not exactly the server’s fault but more the location. They probably do better on the drive thru but this place is usually tumbleweed central. The problem with that is that food sits around for a while and fries are soggy and not up to the usual scrumptiousness of other Wendy’s. Can’t have it all I guess.
