They are THE BEST OF THE BEST! The attention to detail is extraordinary. NOTHING has been overlooked. It is obvious that Dr. Rosen is extremely passionate about what she does. Her office is meticulous, her staff is friendly and incredibly efficient. Every single person on her staff is ON THE BALL and goes completely above and beyond to give great service and accommodate my family.
Dr. Rosen takes young, extremely motivated people and trains them to be as good as she is as her staff members. Her office is ALWAYS busy and I have never seen her rush once. I feel nervous for her!!! Dr. Rosen must treat her staff very well because many of them have been there for years!
We have been seeing Dr. Rosen for more than 12 years with several children and each and everyone of our kids thinks she’s like a superhero! She is extremely patient, kind, and treats all kids with respect and expects them to take getting their braces seriously. The environment at Dr. Rosen’s is like a loving family.
The chairs are always filled at Dr. Rosen’s office, as it should be, when you are the best orthodontist in Chicago!!!

I was 22 when I started braces, so I was obviously weary and scared to have braces at that age, but I could not be happier with the results. Dr. Rosen was upfront about the timing and how difficult a case mine was. I was told at the beginning that it would be at a minimum two years and my teeth will probably never be perfect. Well two years later, after wearing my rubber bands religiously, MY TEETH ARE PERFECT! I could not be happier with the way I was treated from the staff. They were all very friendly and fun to be around. I really felt I was important when I was there and they took the time and effort on my teeth. I moved during my treatment and they worked around my schedule without a problem. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go to Dr. Rosen. She gave me a beautiful smile.

My son, Andrew just finished his last retainer check and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Dr. Rosen’s office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Rowena office is busy and bustling but always well organized and comfortable. She is always available to address any issue and concerns. My youngest will need braces soon and we will definitely be visiting Dr. Rosen’s office again!, thanks for everything.

I just finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Rosen and her staff. Awesome experience especially for an adult patient. She and her staff are always so informative and attentive to the patients needs. I would definitely recommend her to anyone and everyone!

After 5 years and two kids in braces, one with jaw surgery too, I couldn’t speak more highly of Dr. Rosen and her staff. They are caring, compassionate, and recommended and coordinated with excellent maxillo-​facial surgeons. The end result in both of my kid’s cases resulted in wonderful smiles and happy parents. This is a great office to go to!

I had demon braces for a little more than a year, just got my braces off not long ago. Totally love the result! Love Dr. Rosen! She’s nice and friendly, and very professional. Because I was trying to get my braces done before my wedding, we were trying our best to shorten the process. And we did it in 1 year without sacrifice the quality. Super happy!!! BTW, Claudia is my favorite technician!!! She’s super nice!!! She always make sure everything looks great before letting me go. (I do live 2 hours away from there) And love Sandra, too. Actually, all the staffs there are very friendly.

My oldest just completed treatment. My youngest will be getting her braces on Friday. The results were perfect. If I had a business I would hire the office manager. She is courteous and efficient. The Buffalo Grove & Highland Park waiting rooms have been renovated so there is plenty of waiting room. There are snacks as well. They actually took my insurance & gave me the insurance discounted rate as well as my insurance lifetime orthodontic benefit. I addressed some of the issues written in Unilocal.Every patient does see the doctor on each visit. The staff seems highly trained to handle situations that arise.

As a former patient and current student about to finish dental school, I feel that I can write a review that encompasses both a personal and a clinical aspect of Dr. Rosen’s care.
When I was a patient not too long ago, I recall how much I looked forward to coming in for my appointments. I was always treated with respect as a patient and I was always taken care of by professional staff and by Dr. Rosen. I won’t bore you with details of my treatment, but Dr. Rosen did a phenomenal job — both to my then-​laymen eyes, and to my now-​professional eyes. Her compassion actually inspired me to become a dentist and help others the way she helped me! If that doesn’t say something about her, I don’t know what else can!
Now, as a professional, I can substantiate my opinion with clinical evidence of professionalism, as well. The treatment that Dr. Rosen provides is excellent, supported by the newest research (she always had a large stack of the latest dental journals that she reads through), and oftentimes innovative! Furthermore, she will never give up on a patient — even a «trouble case» referred from another office. When I was a patient, I was able to witness these things first hand!
I am ecstatic with my result, beyond impressed with her as a professional, and highly, HIGHLY recommend her practice.

I have had nothing short of an incredible experience with Dr. Rosen’s office. In only two years, less than the time expected, Dr. Rosen was able to fix my large overbite and smile. After having my braces off for eight years now, I still get compliments on my smile nearly every day, and definitely attribute that to Dr. Rosen. I recently visited the office to have a new retainer made, and after all these years, Dr. Rosen still remembers me AND my orthodontic history without even viewing my file. I can’t say that for any other doctor I’ve had. The complaints on this site about the office really puzzle me. Patients and parents that view Dr. Rosen as «rude» are just not used to her and the staff’s efficient work ethic. Her staff is so highly trained, which is why there is few reasons to speak to Dr. Rosen herself.
The staff here is always upbeat and smiling, and I’ve never had to wait long to be assisted. Making appointments had always been effortless, even now as an adult when I give the staff small time frames when I can come in for my annual check. I’ve also always liked how sociable and easy-​going the office is. You definitely don’t feel intimidated and jittery sitting in a patient seat like you do at a dentist office.
I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Rosen and have for many years to family friends. My own mother tells me every so often that she regrets not taking my sisters here for their orthodontic treatment. If I had to do braces all over again, I would still see Dr. Rosen in a heartbeat. She’s efficient, upbeat, and if you follow instructions and wear your retainers, you will definitely reap the benefits from her orthodontic care.

It was a pleasure getting my orthodontic treatment done at Dr. Rosen’s office. From day one, the experience was worth 5 stars. At the new patient appointment, Dr. Rosen and her staff devoted a lot of time to explaining the process and all the treatment options to me and my parents. I really felt as though Dr. Rosen took the time to answer our many questions and we left with a clear understanding of what my treatment would entail. Throughout the year and a half that I was in treatment, each appointment was enjoyable. The staff was always upbeat and friendly, and I loved being in an office that was always booming with patients (some of you reviewers find this to be a negative but I will always pick a busy office over one that isn’t). The contests and prizes were always additional perks to being one of Dr. Rosen’s patients, but beyond all that I was most pleased with my treatment outcome. I was one of those patients who obsessed over doing everything that the doctor told me to do (eating the proper foods, never breaking brackets and always wearing my rubber bands as instructed) and it turned out that I had my braces off in a shorter time than Dr. Rosen has even initially estimated. I wear my retainer each night and my smile looks just as good today as it looked the day I got my braces off. I just came back from college for a retainer check and stopped in the office to visit with Dr. Rosen and her staff. I was pleased to see that they had made lots of improvements including a much larger reception room with a coffee bar and a kids section. As usual, I was greeted by smiling faces, not only by the staff but the patients as well. It’s too bad that people are motivated to write Unilocal reviews by negative experiences, but I am confident that if every patient had the chance to write a review the negatives would be few and far between.

if you like an assembly line atmosphere with an over-​crowded waiting room and a less than friendly front desk, than Dr. Rosen’s practice is for you. Bythe time the long-​awaited day came to have my daughter’s braces removed and see her smiling face, all we saw were lines where the braces had previously been. Our next stop was to have her teeth resurfaced by another dentist to the tune of $ 1200. The whole time my two kids were patients I talked directly to Dr. Rosen a total of 10 minutes! By the time my third child needed braces I got smart and selected another orthodontist.
I regret ever stepping foot into this practice.

If you’re looking for an orthodontist, look further. If you’re already a patient here, look further too. You deserve better treatment and better quality care.
Admittedly, I did no research before choosing treatment with Jacqueline Rosen. I sure wish I had. There were things all along, during my daughter’s three year course of treatment, that made me cynical about Dr Rosen’s methods — like the sardine can waiting rooms filled with overbooked patients and their parents scrambling for chairs and eventually spilling out into the hall for fresh air; like the assembly line of treatment chairs with inconsistently qualified technicians bending over them waiting for Dr Rosen to check on their work for a few seconds at the end; like how asking for a quick consult with Dr Rosen always seemed unwelcome and how any question to her about treatment was answered defensively or as if I had been told the answer a hundred times. I had braces as a teenager and remember very little about my parents and the Dr even talking. So I came to believe that this was just what had become of the modern day Ortho office.
I didn’t realize just how bad the care is here until now, two years later, when my 17-​year-​old daughter needs another round of orthodontia. I first consulted with Dr Rosen about the current problem my daughter is experiencing. As usual she barely took time to talk with my wife and me, and had nothing conclusive to say. When we asked questions she answered obliquely and defensively. I hadn’t suspected negligence on her part, but her defensiveness definitely has put that in question for me. She even implied that it was somehow my daughter’s fault that this had occurred and perhaps further treatment would be unsuccessful no matter what. I’m relieved to report that I followed my gut this time and looked further.
It is unclear whether the current problem could have been prevented by better original treatment, but what is clear is that my current Orthodontist, Dr Joseph Hicken, is far superior in both care and communication. I know exactly what to expect from his treatment plan for my daughter — something I never was able to nail down, despite repeated attempts, with Dr Rosen.
I can’t recommend strongly enough that you do your research before entering into a treatment plan with Jacqueline Rosen. This is not the place to fork over your $ 1500 lifetime orthodontic insurance allowance. There are many other Orthos to choose. You should not settle for the type of treatment the Rosen machine churns out.

I am a 32 year old male who just finished ortho work here and I must say, I am very please with the result and service. Staff is very friendly and Dr. Rosen is wonderful (no wonder the office is always busy with new patients). Very efficient and plenty of staff to assist you. I highly recommend this practice to anyone that is looking for ortho work.
