Once Upon A Grooming

There is not enough stars to describe how amazing this place is. My dog loves going there and always looks and smells great when leaving. The owners, Elizabeth, really cares about the dogs and making sure everyone is happy.

Always does an amazing job and my puppy loves going there! Elizabeth is so helpful and kind! Her puppy baths are amazing! She does a great job and also my puppy loves her! The prices are reasonable and new customers get a cute little welcome goody bag! Just a tip, make sure to make an appointment ahead of time because she’s pretty busy! Definitely coming here for now on! :)

This was Shiloh’s first time here! Shiloh is a long hair dachshund! We are all very very happy! Shiloh got his nails trim, teeth brushed, and hair cut for a very reasonable cost! We will be going back!!! Everyone is very friendly and it looks super cute inside and clean! Smells good too when you walk in! Very pleased! Oh, i almost forgot I loved the Thanksgiving handkerchief!!! Super adorable!

Elizabeth does a wonderful job with my shih tzu, Mu Shu. He loves coming to her adorable grooming salon and always looks and smells beautiful after a visit. She clips nails, brushes teeth, cleans ears and more with each bath and her prices are competitive. We’ve used her services at least a dozen times and I’ve referred her to a number of people. We’ll be coming here for the foreseeable future.

The grooming was great and in less time than planned! Will definitely return.

First and foremost, I want to apologize to the owner for giving an incorrect review. The review was written for another pet grooming company and I just feel like an ass for doing it. Giving an accurate review is very important and should always be that way. I will make sure this mistake does not happen again. Now for the review.
Once Upon A Grooming is a little cute and cozy place to send your dogs for grooming. Their services include a full groom, depending on the size of the dog and amount of fur your dog has, the prices will vary. They also paint the nails, give earrings, feather extension, hair coloring, nail dremel, Plaq cleanz treatment, and will even do a one hour express grooming. The additional products are oatmeal shampoo, flea and tick shampoo, skunk treatment, furminator de-​shedding treatment, conditioners, whitening shampoo, and medicated shampoo. Can you believe that they even accept Bunnies and Guinea pigs? It’s just amazing how great this little pet boutique is.
I took my dogs here to just get their anal glands expressed and nails clipped. Both my dogs were helped with quickness and with care. The owner was so gentle with my Sophie and Dusty and took a lot of care with them. Dusty is very skittish around new people and she was patient with him. That’s something that is very important to us because of his gentle personality. As for Sophie, she just took a liking to the owner and followed her lead. Not only was she very good to the pooches, but she was so nice to me and understanding with my mistake. All the reviewers who reviewed this place were absolutely correct in giving Once Upon A Grooming 5 stars because of her service and the care she gives to the animals that walk through the door.
I would recommend everyone to bring their pets here for grooming. I know I have found the place to take Sophie and Dusty from here on out.

Most awesome grooming experience. I’ve taken my dog 4 times now and am never disappointed. Best thing is that my dog is always happy and excited to go here.

Elizabeth is a wonderful groomer! My 2 dogs just love going to her!!! She has a clean and adorable shop! I have 2 Havanese males and she does a perfect job on both of them! You can tell she loves animals! At my house all we have to do is mention her name and my 2 boys head for the door! They love her!

I have four dogs who get groomed by Elizabeth.
She is so patient and treats them very well.

We are new to the area and needed to find a place for our pup, Walle. He is a Labradoodle so his hair cuts can be a little challenging. We brought information from or groomer in San Diego with how they cut his hair and gave it to the groomers-​they read it and talked with me about what I wanted. When we picked him up he looked great! He was the only dog in the shop at the time too-​not sure if they usually only have one pup at a time or if that was just a fluke. The welcome bag was super cute as well!

Actually going to take my mini Doxie in today for a nail trim. I appreciate the fact that she is a DOG person who is a Groomer! My little whacko carries on like something you’ve never seen before, but Elizabeth stays calm and collected. Great place.

I took my dog here for the first time and I was very happy. The workers are very friendly and the place is very nice and clean. They did a nice job on my dogs cut, and the service was very quick. They were done with her in less then an hour. I recommend this place and I will definitely be going back.

We took our new puppy to Elizabeth today for a manicure and a bath and could not be more pleased with the service and the atmosphere at Once Upon A Grooming. Elizabeth is a true dog lover and it shows in everything she does. Our puppy, Morty came home looking and smelling terrific and the «Welcome Treat» complete with a squeaky toy and dog biscuits was a great touch. We look forward to many more groomings at Once Upon A Grooming!

Elizabeth did a fantastic grooming on our Newfoundland. We left with a welcome gift and one happy dog! Elizabeth provides care that you can truly only receive from a small business owner. I brought our lab in for a nail trim and the nails are nice & short. Lastly she provides a loyalty wash after five!

Elizabeth is a wonderful, talent young business woman who we are thrilled to support! She does a fantastic job grooming our 6 year old cockapoo. The shop is clean, bright and well run. I am so happy that it is so convenient to our home. Less stress for our dog and for us. Highly recommend this local, new business.

Elizabeth is a Godsend! She has always been nothing but sweet and caring to my dogs. We have been taking them to her for about 3 years or so and have NEVER had any problems whatsoever! Our dogs are ALWAYS happy to see her, so that in and of itself speaks highly of her good nature and kindness towards animals. After having several bad grooming experiences over the years, we are so happy to never have to worry about our babies being mistreated ever again as long as we have Elizabeth! We drive a good distance to get our dogs groomed by her because she is so worth it! That «Samantha» person is obviously a troll because there’s no way in the world Elizabeth would ever hurt an animal! This person left other fake «reviews» on a few other review sites, with no evidence to back them up. Elizabeth is a Master Groomer and knows her stuff! Giver her a chance and you and your pet will never go to another groomer!

I have been using Elizabeth as a groomer for my Labradoodle for over 3 years. She is the best groomer i have ever met and is very loving and caring towards my dog. She goes out of her way to work with my schedule and my dog is loves to go «get pretty»! I have referred several friends to Once Upon a Grooming and everyone is very pleased with the new shop and Elizabeth’s work.

I have been taking my doggies to Elizabeth for 4 years. I am so excited to take them to Once Upon A Grooming, her new Grooming facility. She is so caring with all dogs and cats treating them like they were her own. I know they are in good care because they love going there! Your dogs will tell you! The grooming is definitely the royal treatment. I have my doggies shaved and she does an excellent job! They always look great and smell clean and fresh! The prices are soooo reasonable!!!
