This IHOP is terrible. There were a BUNCH of people waiting to be seated, and there was a waiting list. The confusing part is that the restaurant was about 40% empty??? So why have all of your customers crammed in the entrance standing around waiting to be seated? It took us about 15 – 20 minutes(party of 2) to get seated — and then waited another 15 minutes before we even got noticed at our table. It took about 40 minutes for our waitress to bring our food out — and surprise surprise, the food was all cold. I told the waitress that our food was cold and she said, «sorry, the kitchen is really slow» — but if our food is cold, it obviously means that it was just sitting there for awhile. 2 other parties sat down right before us and finished eating before our food even came out — so obviously the waitress is to blame there. She took our food back and said she was going to talk to her manager. After waiting another 5 – 10 minutes with no one coming back to our table — we just decided to up and leave. Definitely never going back to IHOP again, the food and service is definitely not worth anyone’s time.

I haven’t been to IHOP in a long time but my co-worker from Japan loves the pancakes served here so we decided to come here to grab some lunch. Maybe my taste buds are regressing to my college years but I really enjoyed the meal I had here! The omelette I ordered was cooked just the way I liked it and stuffed with a good amount of sausage. The hash brown was crispy and seasoned well. I tried a bite of french toast and it was really good! I got a stack of 3 pancakes and the one on the bottom was burnt slightly but nothing bad since I ate all of them. I liked that they offered different types of syrup right on the table. Our waitress was really friendly and brought everything we requested even though she was pretty busy with a lot of other tables. The restaurant itself was in typical IHOP fashion so nothing to complain or rave about. Overall it was a solid inexpensive meal even during the middle of the day when you haven’t been drinking. Maybe it’s because I came with very low expectation but I would definitely go back if I’m looking for a lot of good breakfast food in a very casual atmosphere.

When I think of IHOP, it brings me back to happy childhood memories. I remember eating the best pancakes, and I dreamt about the strawberry syrup. Fast forward 20 years, IHOP is not what it use to be, and this place is a prime example. The service and food is horrible. The food tasted as though it was microwave. Pancakes are dry, bacon is rubbery, and this place is dirty. The waitress got our order wrong not once but three times. The best thing I got from this place was the coffee. I do not recommend this place. If you want a decent breakfast let me suggest walker brother and or maple café.

Came here for the first time today. I made my own omelette — egg whites, spinach and green peppers. The omelette was good except it was missing the spinach! Hence why I only gave it three stars. I also had fruit and toast, both good. It’s a decent place to go for lunch or breakfast but I wouldn’t recommend customizing your meal.

Had a problem with my order and had asked to speak with the manager. I was told that the manager was not in. It was about 10:00am, I’m sorry but this is a breakfast restaurant and your manager is not in for breakfast? Hm. Regardless the lady at the front told me the manager would call me back when he got in. I never received a call and called back the next day and was given the same information. Still no call.

You just lost a customer or now actually going by the previous reviews, I should say, lost another customer. But the point is, it will be a huge surprise if I find anyone in the diner cares about it. It’s I HOP, not a fining dining place, so it’s really do not take huge effort to make customer happy, just warm food, timely service and being courteseous would be enough. But this places lacks minimum standard in all of the above. We used to be frequent visitors at this diner, I guess there is a recent management change which causes this dramatic decline in quality and culture of this place, Just avoid…

Not sure why we keeping«trying» this location to see if it gets better. It doesn’t. Today’s example: the restaurant wasn’t busy — -plenty of empty tables. After waiting for the hostess to show up(over 5 minutes), we were seated at a dirty table(dried coffee on the table and on the individual creamer packets) and after at least 10 minutes of no one showing up to take a drink order, we left. Actually, I requested to speak with the manager to let him know what happened. After waiting 10 minutes, the manager didn’t show up. I asked the hostess if he was around, and her response was«I told him, but he is in the kitchen». Dirty table, poor service, unresponsive manager. We went to Continental. Seated at a clean table, drink order and breakfast order taken in 10 minutes.

The foods average. It’s iHop. You know what you’re getting. I do have to say, however, that the staff is pretty good. They cater to a lot of teens late at night, and, let’s face it, that can be difficult, but they do it well. Id go somewhere else for an actual breakfast/lunch, but if you’re looking for a late-night snack, iHop’s the place!

Terrible stale/old food, terrible slow/inattentive service. I would give this place less than 1 star if I could. I literally made a Unilocal account to post this review because it was such a bad experience. Made me turn off IHOPs for the foreseeable future. Denny’s has a new regular customer. Update: as we’re walking out, I notice green mold-looking spots in my cousin’s plain buttermilk pancakes. The manager tries to tell me it’s «blueberries». Please. Avoid this place like the plague.

This place literally is really bad. Waited 10 minutes to get water and been waiting for food for almost 30 – 40 minutes. Still waiting for it. They need more employees. I don’t see my waiter anywhere. My god… This place sucks…

This is one of the WORSTIHOP’s in the country… The food(when it arrives) is usually good. The problem is service… OR lack thereof. This is NOT the failure of the wait staff. It is definitely a management problem. This store never has enough servers. If you are lucky they will have 2 to cover the whole place. It is the lack of service killing this location. If they want to get better, they need to hire more staff… That will drive sales… Cutting staff has hurt sales, service, cleanliness and everything else…

Our server was pleasant. The pancakes were okay and the place was clean. Not as up to date as other locations. The service was fast but paying took Sheila. Not to much just your average IHOP.

Every time I’ve gone I’ve had nice servers but slowwww. I attribute this to busy hours with breakfast. The food was always consistent and good.

Poor service. Both servers were hiding out and were uninterested. Forgot to bring our drinks and to ask after our food arrived. No silverware or napkins. Food had no taste. Would not return.

In high school, iHop would be my go-to place for a late night bite. It was consistent: always open with friendly service and mediocre food. Every single time I’ve tried to eat here since 2009, I’ve ended up either walking out after an awkward thirty minutes standing at the door, waiting to be acknowledged, even though the restaurant was completely empty — or I’ve gotten physically sick from the food. There have been times where I absolutely had to settle for this place, hoping there would be a different outcome. Nope. Extremely and painfully slow service, horrible food, and a lot of waiting around in the meantime. Last week was my most recent(and last) close encounter with this place. I gave them a call at around 11:00pm to see if I could pick up an order. The phone rang for about seven minutes and then went to a voicemail. I called right back and got the same result(or lack thereof). This place should just be shut down already. Very poor management, awful service, terrible food. Just tear the place down and set up a restaurant that will actually serve and respect its customers.

This location is one of the better ones in the chain. There has been a bit of staff turnover lately, but those who are there now perform well, are pleasant, and friendly. Some of the best items, oddly, are the dinners. Try the Tillappia Florentine or the«French» Post roast. The downside is that these items are all over $ 10 now.

Very slow service, but I’ll give it to our server for trying. The other day we had dinner At the-slowest-place-ever which probably helped my patience at iHop. Their pancakes just aren’t as good as I remembered though. Maybe it’s because I haven’t had IHOP in so long. I also haven’t had anything decadently sweet in a long time too, and this place just wasn’t worth the calories. Their coffee tastes worse than what I make at home too! At least it’s cheap here.
