These people are really amazing. They were able to troubleshoot my problem and fix it for me, but most of all, their prices are reasonable. I was very pleased with my experience with 847 Techs. They retrieved data from my hard drive that I was sure was lost, repaired my tablet and 3 laptops that I thought were fried all at a price I couldn’t believe. If you need computer service, the owners, Ken and Mindy are the people to see. I would recommend them to anyone.

The power port on my iPhone 5 finally gave up. Dropped it off at noon picked up at 2. They replaced the port and its good to go. Right on time. Great job! Highly recommended.

U know how it happens… I washed my phone in a laundry and after calling up several phone repair services I was desperate to find anyone who could even try to fix it. Then I bumped on these guys! Luckily place was opened till late and I turned my phone to repair same day at 7.45pm. I’m not sure if Mindy have what u call magic hands — but she took her time and cleaned all the little details of my phone twice. Though the first attempt didn’t look promising for phone to be working she took it apart again and my brand new iPhone 6 was back on track! With changing touch screen and all the complex work I was charged just a little over $ 150. I say those guys are the best and if I ever have a technical issues with my devices I say I will be back

WOW. They performed a miracle on my hard drive. I have been taking my pcs to a different local shop for 20 years called Software Plus. I had a major crash and took my pc to Software Plus and after 2 days they charged me and didn’t recover anything and told me I was out of luck. I brought my PC to 847Techs and WOW! The family that runs the store recovered 100% of the data, made a clone of the drive and had me back in business. I can’t thank them enough. You are in good hands with Ken and Mindy!

Bought my laptop here a few months ago. I had broken the power cord plug in thing. The repair is like new and was done much faster and cheaper than I had expected. I also purchased a netbook that I was a great deal. The owner was upfront and honest about costs and repair times. I would definitely go back here and recommend 847 Techs to my friends.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. My iPhone 5 screen was shattered into pieces, hopeless is what I thought about the situation. I drove past 847 and with fingers crossed, went in with high hopes for it to be repaired. I was NOT let down. Not only did they fix it at a great price but it looked less then 10 minutes!
A plus, they sell a ton of accessories at a very reasonable price!
If you’re looking to repair your phone, computer, tablet I suggest you look no further then 847 tech solutions! I will always come here if needed again!

Ken (one of the founders of 847 Techs) has been a tremendous help for me in the past with my PC issues. My hard drive had crashed on multiple occasions and Ken was able to recover my data and re-​image my entire machine. I also had a hardware failure on my laptop and Ken discovered and replaced the faulty part much faster than Dell’s warranty service had done in the past.
I have not used his mobile device services yet, but if my other experiences are any indicator then I will tap into Ken’s services to extend the life of my iphone 5.
More recently I had Ken look at my machine after I suspected it had been compromised and he was able to clean my system of the virus and malware. He also recommended a more secure anti-​virus software and my laptop has been problem-​free since then. He always explains things very clearly (in a non overly technical way for me) and is the most responsive of any computer repair service I’ve used — definitely recommended!
