Fenn Termite & Pest Control

people beware! i ordered 5 quarters of service and sold the house after 2^nd quarter of their service! they charged $ 150 for cancellation fee ! very bad!!!

We had just moved into a new home and were bracing ourselves for the ant invasion that normally accompanies new construction. At first it was a random ant here and there («scouts») and then overnight, it multiplied. It wasn’t that bad at first, but I knew it was about to get real. Every time I got rid of one, 4 more would show up. Then I’d kill the 4 and 20 would show up and it was like this maddening hopeless river of ants that would not stop!
Just when I was about to make a reservation for myself at the nearest mental institution, my husband contacted Jason Shelton at Fenn. He came out within 4 hours and was professional and did not smell (a lot of vendors bring more than just their expertise). He explained everything he was going to do and was very thorough. He even knocked on our next door neighbor’s door, went into his backyard and found the actual ant nest! Within a few hours, the ants were all gone, and they are still gone over a month later!
Jason did a great job and was very knowledgeable and thorough. We will be calling him again with the next invasion!

Jason is the man! Been using FENN for over 10 years and ALWAYS been taken care of. Any problem is taken care of with a call or when they do there monthly walk-​through. I mention we are having an increase of ants outside, or seen some small snakes and they always explain what is going on — he knows what he is talking about. Use them to spray at the house when I have issues and they have always been on time and professional.

I had a huge problem with an ant infestation at my home and Al was such an amazing and very knowledgeable help! Loved that he used the environmentally friendly product that was safe for my pets! He was professional and friendly. I love this company and would recommend Al for all your pest control needs!

This company is terrible. The customer service people are nice, but it’s run terribly. Had beg bugs in a rental property I rent through Essex Properties and because of that fact, I couldn’t obtain ANY information from Fenn about what was going on with my own apartment! They came to treat 3 times and had to lice with bed bugs for over a month and a half!!! Finally, the 3^rd time they came, the guy took furniture apart while damaging walls and goods, then left everything for me to put back together and didn’t even tell me he was going to break down all my bedroom furniture, nor did they mention I should probably do it myself! Finally, they send me a bill for over $ 1,000 with all types of fees and told my property management company «there’s nothing they can do». A real pest control company would get it done the first time, the right way, instead, they came back three times and didn’t find dead bedbugs until the 3^rd treatment.
Horrible experience and STILL in the process of getting my account credited for what they call service. Additionally, I’m still waiting on a call back from a Mike that runs the show, it’s been 3 days already.

Our service tech Jason Shelton is amazing! We’ve been using him and have never been disappointed. We moved recently and he made the transition very easy and reminded us of our service with assurance that he’d stick with us. We’ve recommended him to many neighbors and they can’t say enough great things. Not only is Jason great at his job, he is a very polite, and pleasant person when we see him. He remembers conversations we’ve had and makes a point to ask about details. Jason is a fantastic representation of this company and I am happy to use Fenn because of him! Thanks Jason! Fenn does our termite inspections at our home. Very professional and thorough. We had the 8 to 10 slot and we asked them to let us know when within that window the representative would arrive. Juan called twice on his way up here to let us know when he would arrive and he came just when he said he would. His inspection inside and out was thorough and he explained everything he found to us. Very happy with them.

Jason Shelton was very informative and helpful. It was easy to get ahold of him and schedule a treatment (much better than another company my HOA recommended that i still have not heard back from). Had my first service yesterday and it was quick and painless. Definitely seems worth the price considering how much I ended up spending on bug spray and wasted food that the ants got to. I’ll update in a month with how well the service worked, but I haven’t seen a bug yet and Jason left me pretty confident that I wont for a long time.

Jason S. provides excellent and consistent service to our community of 100 condominiums in Laguna Niguel. I’m able to get in touch with him for specifics when needed and he also provides feedback when the property requires more than the regular service. He is very knowledgeable in this industry. Also their termite inspection reports are detailed which I like. I will continue to use Fenn for both the community and my own home in the years to come.

I called and spoke to Sarah to set up an appmnt. She was very nice!
She set me up w/​Fidel! He came on time, he did a thorough check through out and in the attic and underneath the home. He was very nice, friendly, professional and very informative!
Fidel explained the treatment and also the yearly plan, which would benefit it us in the long run! I had called 2 other companies prior, they did not do a full inspection like Fidel did! Also, I truly felt that Fidel was being honest and his recommended treatment would be effective. Not to mention, his price quote was very reasonable and something we could afford at the time!

Excellent Service!!! Jason G. has been doing service at our property for about a year now and we couldn’t be happier with the out come!..
