My husband and I used Allison to buy our house. It was a newbuild and we were unable to be onsite during the construction. Allison did an awesome job of checking on the progress, sending us pictures and checking that the builder was doing the things we had specified. Allison was with us when we went to our very first meeting with the builder and their team. And, she was with us when we went to closing. But her dedication didn’t stop there. She continued to follow up with us and the builder, when necessary, to make sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. She is very professional and a real pleasure to work with. Allison helped my family and I purchase our first investment property. She started helping a long time before we actually did it, by visiting with me and going over the process. She even gave us a book to read! We took a while to make up our mind, and there was no pressure from her about it. When we were ready, she took us to see every property we wanted to see, often on very little notice, and helped us make several offers before we finally got a place.
