We have been using Jim to clean our carpets for years. He has always been on time and calls prior to arriving. He is courteous and respectful and our carpets always look great after he is finished. He will move around light furniture and objects if you ask. I suspect the lady who wrote the negative review didn’t let him know it was okay because he also doesn’t want to damage anyone’s property. After years of using him I have never had a complaint. His prices are also very reasonable.

We have three dogs and need to have our carpets cleaned around twice a year. We have been using Cooper’s Carpet Cleaning for several years now and have never had a complaint. We are always able to secure an appointment within 2 or 3 days, he always shows up within the time frame promised and he has always done a great job. His prices are without a doubt the lowest out of all of the carpet cleaners in the Valley. He not only owns the business, but he’s also the guy that comes and cleans your carpets and is always a pleasure to deal with, as is his wife, whom schedules all the appointments.

Six months after we moved in, I had Cooper’s clean our carpets. I should have had a hint when his wife was so nasty on the phone when I called to schedule.
He, the owner, did a horrible job. He went around things, so carpet under side chairs were not going to get cleaned until I said something. After he left and I went upstairs to check (I didn’t want to be walking on damp carpet), I saw that he had done the same thing upstairs. He left marks on the walls with the hoses even though corners had protectors on them.

I’ve had him out twice, once for a tile steam clean and once for a carpet cleaning. Fantastic! He explained everything and was considerate, professional and through! I will always use Coopers!
