I’ll start off by saying that I primarily use Unilocal to read reviews, not post them. I felt compelled to write this review after dealing with Scott and Bob at Horizon Cleaning Service. Scott did a tremendous job cleaning my carpets and tile, I will be using them again and will be recommending them to all of my friends.
Things that impressed me the most:
— Meticulous cleaning (I’m a bit OCD about cleanliness and they exceeded all expectations). My carpet, tile and grout look brand new.
— Wall corner guards, to make sure that nothing marked up my walls. This is huge for me, the hoses and cleaning supplies can cause damage if the cleaning crew is not meticulous. Scott was awesome and nothing touched my walls.
— Shoe covers and clean-​up after cleaning. When the cleaning was complete, there wasn’t a trace of dirt anywhere.
— Price
— Timeliness
— Friendly and Trustworthy

I’ve been using Horizon’s services for the past 5 years and I wouldn’t hire anyone else. Bob Mistretta is a hands on owner and even personally came to my home on a Sunday when a ‘pet incident’ wreaked havoc! Can’t say enough good things about this company!

This is my 3^rd time using this company for carpet cleaning. This time they were able to show up almost 90 mins early for my appointment. Scott was the technician, he did a great job in a very quick time. He was friendly and courteous, especially with ignoring the barking dogs. Thank you again for another great service call. It is much appreciated and I will be using this company again in the future.

These guys are great! Adam their customer service rep is excellent, and Greg their service rep is the best. They are honest, and complete the job for the amount quoted. They don’t quote you one thing, and after the add ons you pay twice as much. I would recommend them to anyone.

A friend dog sat for me in his house for two weeks. accidents happen… I wanted to have his carpets cleaned.
Bob from Horizon was incredibly responsive to my inquiry. I gave him the contact info, he went the same day, and I paid over the phone afterwards.

So we had not had our carpets cleaned ever. One of the rooms had some nasty bird poop stains from my pets. We also had two lazy boys that were pretty filthy and lastly our kitchen tile hadn’t been scrubbed in a yr. Scott came and efficiently went through each room measuring sq footage to accurately come up w a price. He was professional and courteous and honest. Even hand scrubbed some hard to get spots. We will not wait anoher 5 years! Highly recommend

These guys are awesome. Gave me a fair deal and was able to get some nasty wine and detergent stains out of my carpet and made them look brand spanking new. Would trust them with any cleaning job I have in the future. ¹⁰⁄₁₀

I would recommend Horizon carpet cleaning to EVERYONE!!! I am extremely pleased with my results and the customer service is amazing. I first called a competitor of theirs, one heard on the radio daily, and after their high quote I still had them come out explaining that I had pet stains. The competitor came out and refused to do my carpet, calling my home a health hazard. After feeling humiliated, I called Horizon right away and they were at my house within an hour! The results are AMAZING, and their prices were even better. Do not look any further for a carpet cleaning company. Horizon is the best.

Found them on Unilocal.Called and received a quote that was fair. Set appointment for the following week. The tech was Scott. He called me before coming with an exact time of arrival. He did an excellent job and our carpets look like new. Will definitely call them again when the need arises

These guys are awesome. I have no idea what we would have done during the monsoon season without them. Mike, our tech, is fantastic ~ always goes above and beyond in everything he does. These guys are great! Just had them out yesterday to clean my tile and couches, they both look AMAZING! Great price and they showed up on time. I would highly recommend them!

We’ve been using Horizon Carpet for close to 10 years on recommendation from another carpet cleaning company in central Phoenix. They are always available to with a fairly short notice, Bob is fantastic and every technician has been capable and polite. Our carpets come up beautifully every time, we’ve also used them to steam clean tile floors and grout and were thrilled with the results. They are an absolutely professional outfit, top notch for customer service and as Realtors they always come highly recommended to our clients as well. While they aren’t the cheapest out there, you get what you pay for, and we’ve never been nickle and dimed and always felt the quality of their clean was well worth the extra buck.

I own an auto repair shop so my carpets can get quite dirty from month to month. I have used other cleaners but within a week my carpets would be dirty again. Bob told me he could fix my problem. Fix my problem he did. I don’t know what kind of magic they put on my carpet but they stay clean from month to month. Not to mention that Bob and his crew do what they say when they say it will be done. Excellent service and I highly recommend them to anyone.

We have a new, now 18 month old,
puppywith potty training issues.
So I was so happy to read the glowing reviews of Horizon carpet cleaning from Unilocalers who have had the same problems.
Even more excited after talking with the owner Bob who assured me they had seen it and done it all before; specialized in this: and could take care of our stained carpet.
My wire and I spent most of the day before moving stuff out of the way and getting ready for their crew to arrive.
One guy showed up at 10 am for the 9 — 9.30 appointment; took and said they don’t do old, tough pet stains. (Please read the reviews below that say just the opposite about they do.)
The tech said the owner was supposed to come along, but didn’t, so he took a picture of the carpet and I guess talked with the owner Bob, then came back in and said he didn’t think he could do the job Bob promised and said Bob would call us back in a few minutes.
Bob never did.

I was moving out of a rental that I had lived in for almost 3 years and was required to have the carpet professionally cleaned before I moved out. I also have a dog that had dug in a few spots on the carpet, some of them all the way through to the pad that needed repaired. After calling a couple of other carpet cleaning/​repair companies and receiving quotes around $ 500 – 600, I called Horizon and boy was it the right call!
The owner was very friendly and accommodating to schedule a quote around my work schedule and the techs were very friendly and professional. They even talked me out of some of the repairs saying they weren’t necessary, saving me money and quoting me less than half of the other guys for the whole house clean and repairs.
The work was done on time and looked great! The couple of repairs that were necessary looked good. They were noticeable upon close inspection, but light years ahead of what they were. So good, in fact, that I received 100% back from my security deposit, a feat that I did not think possible with the way I have been nickled and dimed in the past when moving out.
Couldn’t be happier with the job done and the price and will recommend them to anybody.

I remember when the owner would show up and do the work.
These guys are great because they do not play games with Pre-​treatment upcharges.
On my last job I needed to change my scheduled cleaning from Saturday morning to Friday, they fit me into their schedule so my buyers would not be moving in when the carpets were being cleaned.
I HIGHLY recommend them.

It’s that time again! At least 3 times per year, once every 4 months I like to get Horizon out to my residence and business local where I reside pleasantly with 2 large dogs, and 6 felines, indoor/​outdoor. NEEDLESS to say, I clean every day! I only trust Horizon because the owner is in on the action, makes sure that I am satisfied and he values his employees and customers.
I always have my grout/​tile cleaned, my 5 pretty oriental rugs cleaned, and my pretty sofa cleaned when they come. They are efficient, kind, caring, and sometimes they will even eat my chocolate chip cookies! That alone is something to be recognized!

Horizon has been my go to carpet cleaning company for more than four years. I have never been disappointed with them. They show up when they say they will, and in fact they call before they head out to make sure that the estimated time works out for you.
My first experience was with our Great Dane making a great big potty mess in our front room! I know this is gross but if you have pets, this is also reality. I was, to say the least, stressed about the shear size of this disaster! Horizon Carpet Cleaning to the rescue! I showed the neatly dressed and very polite young man where the urine stained area was and he got right to work. Pre-​treatment made just for pet stains and a special attachment that he stood on top of and it pulled the pet mess right out of the carpet and padding! These guys are good!
My next story is short, I promise. I made the fatal mistake of having another carpet company come over. Why? Let’s just say it was a smokin deal! Yep, had to call Horizon within hours of the other company finishing the job because my carpets smelled so bad. Nightmare on Carpet Street!!! You get what you pay for my friends and I was reminded of this well-​known fact.
We have since moved and just had them back at the new house for a spring cleaning! These guys can get out a whole mess of different stains. For example my teenage daughter had gotten some liquid eyeliner on her bedroom carpet. I was so impressed that he got it completely out, not to mention he knew what it was!
