We arrived at the NOC via the Smokey Mountain Railroad and only had an hour to eat before the ride back. Actually only about 30 min after bathroom breaks and waiting in line. I ordered the Joe’s signature BBQ sandwich and it was EXCELLENT! I’m always worried about getting BBQ from places I don’t know since I’m picky but I would get this over and over again. I hope we get to back at some point because I want to order this same sandwich. My DH was actually disappointed that he didn’t get what I got. He did like his sandwich but he just got the smoked turkey with jack cheese and it was good but more like a basic sandwich. They put a lot of BBQ on my bun and the buns were nice and soft.
A little pricey but it’s to be expected at the NOC but this BBQ sandwich was worth it!
They also have tea to drink with free refills but the soft drinks are not. You actually get a bottled drink which I kinda like because it’s easier to take with you.
