Best service, and super honest! Andy is the best! I’d ding the guy a star, because he never shows up when the shop’s supposed to open (I’ve waited numerous times), but the service they provide is so top-​notch, i can’t bring myself to do it. Andy (and team) does what it takes to «keep you rollin.»

Initially they said my car will be ready in a few hours assuming I was dropping it off. But I told them I would be waiting and didn’t have a ride so they took it in right away and I was in and out for an oil change in less than 30 min on an early Thursday afternoon. Very friendly, polite and nice! Will definitely be going back!

Andy saved us. We were only in the area for the day when our battery died. He took us immediately, dealt with the annoying battery placement in my car and had us on our way within 30 minutes.
Strangely we suddenly needed a bathroom for hub’s elderly mother later that day, right as we were driving by, so he helped us twice.
If I lived in the area, this would be my shop!

I highly recommend this auto shop, they were honest guys who weren’t in it to get money but to help a graduate student out by finding the cheapest and best way to fix her car. Thank you guys so much and I would come back in a heart beat!

When you want guys who are only in it to get the job done for you, this is the place to go. No upselling, no pressure, no deception. I’ve been taking my cars here since 2004 and wouldn’t consider going elsewhere. These are guys you feel comfortable asking questions and they’ll try to give you an answer that makes sense to you. Highly recommended.

Garrett Hill Auto Service is my place to go for anything dealing with my car. The owner, Andrew Tillman, is a nice guy who is very professional with outstanding business ethics; he will give you a straight answer about what’s wrong with your car and what you should do – this place will never not give you your money’s worth.
The service here is great too, if you need something done within a certain time it will get done. I would definitely recommend this place.
Also they have an adorable shop cat named Garrett who will cuddle with you!

Look no further if you are looking for a honest repair! The only people that work here are the owner and one other mechanic. There’s no parts department or service advisers to suck even more money out of you. You don’t get any fancy invoices or anything like that. The guy hand writes invoices at the end of the day. He will be more then happy to go on a ride with you to diagnose your concern and will most likely life your car up on the lift while you are there to try and see what’s wrong. He will look up your cars recommended maintenance schedule and follow it for you as well.
My only tip is to make sure you specify what kind of parts you want. The guy is more then happy to get you oem parts if you request them. If you don’t, you will probably get some no name brand that is still ok though.
Do yourself a favor and drive past the shiny dealership service garages and come here. Sometimes he takes care of minor stuff for free and I’ve literally had to leave money on his desk because he won’t take it (no joke).

This guy was great. Something was squeaking everytime I turned the wheel and I’m new to the area so like an idiot I took my car over to Midas. They told me it’d be 600 $ to fix. After researching the issue on Google I went into Garrett Hill with a little more knowledge hoping that the fact that I’m a 20 year old girl wouldn’t mean they’d take advantage. He knew I was bluffing right away but still was extremely nice and honest. He was working the shop alone but still took me RIGHT AWAY. He told me the issue wasn’t hugely serious and sent me on my way after telling me that if I decided to take care of it it would be $ 130. Including labor. These guys are amazing and just for that I AM getting it fixed to give him the business. Also he even opened up the shop early for me! These guys are amazing.
