Take a look at the instruments that are used and let me know if you think they have been sterilized. There is nail dust flying around that salon and the tools that are used on you have been used immediately afterward on other clients without being cleaned. Wondering how you could have possibly picked up a nail fungus on your hands or feet? Look no further… DISGUSTING.

This place is terrible. I went and got my nails done on friday, acrylic with shellac white tip, the shellac wasnt shellac because its already coming off and my pinky acrylic nail is already broken off. They switched my nail tech 3 times and the one who did my nails was a guy and he was absolutely terrrrible. He rushed. Wasnt really paying attention. All my nails were filed on a slant. So I went back in later to get them fixed and the girl filed them no problem but didnt say a word to me. Was very rude.

So, I thought since Andy rocked out my pedicure, a full set wouldn’t be an issue for the salon. Andy wasn’t there, so I got put with a woman. I asked for a thin white tip line with a light gray base. I showed her a photo of what I have always gotten at previous salons and she seemed oblivious, insisting the base was beige, when it was blazingly obviously gray. She then proceeded to put white tips on my nails, instead of doing a thin line. I told her I wanted my nails short, because of work, and showed her the photo, again. She then filed my nails down ridiculously short and left the edges sharp. I had to ask her to file the edges down twice. Then, she wanted to put the base on… when I had this stubby nail that was half white. I told her to just paint them a nude pink. She had no idea what nude pink was, so I said pale, and again, she showed me a medium almost red pink and I had to google a photo to show her. Don’t you work in a salon? By this time, I had been here almost an hour and just wanted to get out of this woman’s chair. I had her paint them and she did an awful job. The sides are not covered and it looks like I need a fill in… on the same day I got my nails done. I will never be back, unless it’s for Andy and a pedicure.

I have had the same girl do my toe nails for the past few times, not by choice, she is terrible!!! I wanted a very simple design on my toe, and she couldn’t even do it! She rushes the entire pedicure, and it is definitely noticeable! I won’t be going back and would not recommend this place!

I’m not one to make complaints, even if I’m at a restaurant and they mess up my order. But today I feel the need to share my review with you fellow Unilocalers! I went to get my manicure today and was very disappointed ! The manicurist barely touched my cuticle, and then she ran the buffer on them really quickly, added maybe half a layer of clear nail polish, and took off, leaving me in shock. Let me add that my nails look worse now, after the«manicure», than before. My nails feel rough, and unpainted. Oh and before I forget, the lady didn’t even put lotion on my hands and all that good stuff you expect when getting a manicure. She got me in and out in no more than 5 mins. Very disappointed ! But the reason I’m going to give them 2 stars is because my mother also came with me and got shellac done! And the lady did such a beautiful job! It was outstanding! The manicurist was a middle eastern woman and I would highly recommend her! Biggest sweetheart !

I’ve been going here for my pedicures for awhile now and I love it here. They redid they place and it looks really good too. The price isn’t too bad either. My favorite thing; they play Beyonce DVDs while I am getting my pedicure done=)

Although you might get a decent mani or pedi, the employees at this salon are so rude. Many of them have worked there for years and feel like they are entitled to huge tips. If you only give them $ 5.00 tip on a pedi, they scoff at it. Also, they speak in Vietnamese and it is so obvious that they are talking about the clients. The male techs are the worst. Spend your money elsewhere!

I just recently started going to Nail Garden after many disappointments at other salons. I do have to say it is the best salon I have been to so far. They have an american lady there who does an awesome job on her pedicures as I have been back three times and seems all of the employees speak english too. Its not like your normal quickie pedi in and out and feeling ripped off. You really get yojr moneys worth. They take their time and when you leave you really feel like you got a real pedicure and not just your feet wet and toes polished. Its been a long time since I have felt pampered and treated like a human being and its nice and a relief to finally find what I have been looking for. I have referred three friends there and each one has said the same thing how wonderful it was an interesting they also have found their home spa at the nail garden. I also asked Sheila(my nail technician) abojt their sanitation and it was nice to feel safe and getting an honest answer. She reassured me that everything is clean and sanitary and she gave me a little lesson on the safety of salons which was great to know I was dealing with a real professional that knows her stuff and feeling safe was a relief. My shellac nails always last at least three weeks and my pedis would probably last till my toes grow the pollish off ifI went that long. She also reassured me that each nail technician there is trained and knowledgable and she said all are very good too. So just walk in and enjoy the experience. You will love it !!!

I have been to many of the cheaper($ 10 – 15 for a fill-in or manicure) nail salons in the area. Most of them are dirty and all they care about is getting the customer in and out, not really caring if they do a good job or not. Although this one is still one of the cheap ones, it has a great atmosphere and they do a very good job. I had a manicure w/shellac and pedicure w/moisture treatment(regular mani and pedi was $ 40). It took them 2 hours and 15 minutes instead of the usual 1 – 1.5 hours. She did a great job! My hands and feet look just as good as they would in the more upscale salons for less than half the price. I was getting so sick of getting a «manicure» that consisted of nothing but cutting cuticles and polish. My tech actually did the lotion, massage, etc. that is done with the $ 40 manicures at the higher end spas. As long as this place continues to care about the job they do, this will be my new salon! The only thing I didn’t like was the employees talking to each other in Vietnamese like all the other cheaper nail salons. It’s uncomfortable not being able to understand what they are saying. There were a few Americans working at this salon which I have never seen before at the cheaper nail salons. Good job! It makes your American customers a lot more comfortable

Went to get a full Gel set. Very disappointed in this establishment. One they used acrylic powder instead of gels! When I asked to speak to someone, they told me «no speak English.» Again do not waste your time or money in this establishment! Super scam!!!
