We are a personal training gym practicing the Power of 10 Workout — a revolutionary, high-intensity, slow motion strength training system that is so deep, powerful and effective it can give you an entire week’s worth of total-body exercise in just one 20 – 30 minute session. Each session is guided by one of our certified personal trainers and performed on our specialized gym equipment, ensuring not only the most safe and efficient workout possible, but maximum results.
Benefiting anyone and everyone, our fitness program can be customized to fit many unique health needs and all fitness goals: from weight loss to body building and everything in between. Our three core pillars are:
Exercise — your workout at our gym, just once or twice a week.
Nutrition — eating right to support health and fitness.
Rest & Recovery — the rest of your week! The time off in between workouts for you to live the rest of your busy life.
