A Slice of Creation does not have a traditional retail shop.

We are a Home-​Based Bakery, operating under the «Colorado Cottage Food Act». As well as certified by, Servsafe Food Handler Program.

We pride ourselves in baking all of our products from scratch,

using only the finest and freshest ingredients to create the perfect treat for your occasion.

Even as a child I was a little baker. And a few years ago, I took some Wilton Cake Decorating classes. Our instructor encouraged us to enter a cake decorating competition at the Colorado Home and Garden Show in Denver. After much thought, I came up with my cake design and started to work. But I couldn’t help but «What was I doing in a cake competition?» Finally, the competition came. One of the judges was a Pastry Chef staring on the Food Network, and I was feeling a bit star struck. Feeling like a 12 year old girl, I went over to meet him. After talking for some time, I showed him which entry was mine. He replied, «I was really impressed with your work, I’m glad that you won Best in Show.» With that, my knees buckled and I now found myself being held up by a surprised Chef. «I guess they didn’t tell you that yet.» He said. After that competition, I realized that there was nothing else in the world I wanted to do but to make tasty art for everyone to enjoy!
