WNY Limousines Service, LLC was established by 2 former employees of Brilliant transportation in 2013. After just one year our fleet grew quickly from 1 to 4 limos. We continue to serve and provide high end ground transportation service and hospitality in the NY metro area.

I have used Willie on 3 previous occasions. I am sorry I have not written a review sooner. I used Willie for the first time in June of 2014 to transport 12 people to an event in his Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van. I found Willie using a website called Thumbtack and use him on the next 2 occasions through that site as well. He had the lowest quote each time. I utilized his Sprinter Van once again Jan 2015 to transport 12 people to a birthday party from Manhattan to White Plains. I most recently used Willie to provide transportation to and from Manhattan to JFK airport in a Cadillac Escalade. On all occasions the vehicles provided have been brand new & spotless, drivers absolutely professional and accommodated special requests without any additional fee requests. I have dealt with Willie via phone, text and email leading up to utilizing his services and his communication skills are second to none. Once again he was the cheapest provider while providing a high end service. Prior to using his service Willie emailed me an exact quote including a breakdown of tolls and taxes. I also opted to have the drivers tip included as well. Great job Willie!!!

Approach this vendor with caution. His website contains fraudulent information. For instance, it contains headshots and names of employees that span the globe and work beneath this «CEO» Willie. Truthfully, they are public relations directors, accountants, and company owners that have absolutely no affiliation with this company. In fact, their names are not even the correct names associated with the headshot photos stolen from the Internet. It’s actually comical next to the «selfie» of Willie in his Sprinter… seemingly the only car in his fleet, not the «Maybach» he misspelled on his website (something you don’t do if you’ve ever even been in one), or the Rolls Royce he claims to have at his disposal. While other carriers consider inter-​state travel via limo or bus to be tax-​exempt, Willie charges you for that tax plus 4x tolls to get you from Long Island to NJ cruise terminal with REALLY shotty math. Pair this all with some bizarre reviews… equals some shady stuff. It’s true that his rates are decent, but you may be stepping on a land mine. It’s probably safe to assume this business is just a guy with a van.
