These guys were awesome. The were able to come the next day and exterminate my property. The price was also quite affordable. Highly recommend them!

Came and did a termite job. Called them on Wednesday of last week, they were at my house Thursday to inspect what needed to be done and by Monday (today) they started and finished the job. They drilled in the basement and around the perimeter of the house. Very professional and on time Was at my house by 8:30 and started at 8:45 after setting up. The three guys were working all day long. It was a messy job but they got it done. I would highly recommend for any type of exterminating service. They also have a 1 year warranty for their termite job.

Called them today for a fly/​maggot infestation in my kitchen and living room. Fred got back to me within an hour and let me have service same day. In another hour he was at my apartment with Dexter, spraying away like mad men hellbent on a mission to wipe out everything that crawls or flies. They helped me identify the root problem and got rid of all the flies and maggots with green chemicals and heavy-​duty chemicals for $ 150. For same-​day service, the thoroughness of the job, the consultation, and the level of professionalism, that’s a very reasonable price. I highly recommend these guys, very forthcoming and professional. Also they take credit card, so that’s a huge plus for me.

i received excellent service from top notch pest control. fred, the owner, is decent and easy going, and super accommodation. i needed 2 visits for various bug issues, and then one follow up visit one month later. happy to say the issues have resolved. top notch is top notch. highly recommend!
