I had a really yummy facial with Courtney. She was so sweet and attentive. I liked how she told me about the products she was using and created a nurturing environment where I could just relax. My face felt like it had taken a cool drink of water. It was blissful — highly recommended!

Courtney is an amazingly talented bodyworker. As a Reiki practitioner and psychotherapist I believe strongly in the benefits of receiving good body work, and I also know how rare it is to find someone with Courtney’s level of skill, intuitive healing ability and nurturing manner.
Courtney was very highly recommended to me by my yoga teacher. I had just sustained a head injury and was in terrible pain with a throbbing head, neck and back. Many of the muscles in my torso felt as if they were spasming. The pain was very intense. I don’t have health insurance and can’t afford a trip to the ER so I thought that I’d see if working with Courtney healed the pain enough for me to let my body heal. I was also going through a very hard time emotionally due to the illness of someone close to me and a great deal of stress around that. I was feeling impatient, irritable, angry and anxious. After my first session with Courtney the throbbing headache, eye pain and all body/​neck pain was gone! I noticed the next day that I felt emotionally calmer, more patient and loving and happier. Courtney is definitely releasing things in the body, but the effect that I felt was also deeply emotional and spiritual.
As a result of all of the stress I was over eating and eating unhealthy foods. After my session with Courtney I found myself craving and choosing healthy foods, stopping when I was satisfied and craving more movement. I was sleeping better and feeling more rested, and had more energy generally. I felt so great that I promptly booked a second and third session. I feel that this is very important to getting me through this stressful time, and later for maintenance and balance.
Finally, I am surprised by how reasonable Courtney’s prices are. This is serious value for money. On top of all of that, she is just a deeply genuine, caring and lovely person.

I didn’t just get a thai massage – she also incorporated shiatsu and acupressure. It was the best 2 hours of my month. I don’t usually write reviews but I felt compelled to after receiving a great therapeutic massage by Courtney. The bodywork she performed definitely helped reduce some upper back pains I was experiencing from hours at work being hunched over computers. Courtney’s deep muscle massage has made my body feel great for the last week!
When I met up with Courtney, who I had met through friends, and she told me what she did, I was a little skeptical. I didn’t understand the benefits of receiving a professional massage. At the same time I couldn’t help but think about the relief I might experience in my upper back if a professional massage therapist gave me a massage.
Another positive experience was Courtney didn’t mind my skepticism. She patiently and professionally answered all my questions. I was amazed at all the information she had about how a professionally done massage could help re-​energize me. I know it sounds weird but after receiving the massage I’ve felt really good and more connected to my muscles in my back and legs.
The best part though was when I woke up the next day I didn’t have the usual aches or pains. I text messaged Courtney to thank her and tell her how good I felt. I even went out running and have run several more times this week.
