I stumbled upon The Cookie Guild stand at Smorgasburg one VERY hot Saturday in June.
This was the first thing I saw that looked amazing but I hadn’t eaten lunch yet so I promised I would be back just as soon as I had something else to eat… and I kept good on my promise. I made a bee-​line for this place as soon as I was done eating my lunch and ordered one of their cookie ice cream sandwiches.
They were pairing up with the stand behind them for the ice cream (forget the name of the ice cream place)! But it was ice cream sandwiched between two humungous, gooey, and DELICIOUS chocolate chip cookies. Me and my friend both ordered one and were literally devouring it without speaking to each other lol… we said we were having a fat kid moment.
It was really really good, especially on such a hot day, and I highly recommend you check this place out! Love the premise of ‘craft cookies’… craft beer has had a huge market, so why not craft cookies?

The Cookie Guild has a stand at Smorgasburg and I couldn’t help but treat myself to a tasting of their delicious cookies. They are absolutely incredible and I don’t have a single complaint. I highly recommend the beer cookies. They are so refreshingly sweet and scrumptious.

Quite possibly the most delicious cookies I’ve ever had. My favorites: Chocolate chip and Oatmeal chocolate chip. Brooklyn Flea just got a lot tastier!
