Better home goods than clothing, but if you are a big fan of thrifting this is a fun spot. Prices are cheap and its the kind of place where if you sift carefully, can find something really fun. I’ve gotten a percolator and an ice cream machine from here, but VERY inexpensive and in fine working condition.

My sister and I go here from time to time. We always manage to find some really nice tops and jeans for a decent price. Some things are really old and not worth buying but then there are some really great finds that you just can’t pass up. Place smells like a damp basement(reason for 4 stars not 5) but it’s very organized. People are very nice. greet you with a hello and say thank you have a nice day. Would recommend this place definitely.

I love little treasures like this. Where did you come from? I got a gorgeous silver tray for my coffee table, a beaded collar clip, and a button-up printed shirt for summer all for 10 bucks. Come with friends, plenty of energy to dig around, and maybe a tall glass of iced coffee.

Dude was pleasant this time and as usual there is a ton of great vintage selections. I will always go back!

Glad this place is here for the neighborhood, esp with the recent relocation of Domsey’s. Most of the stuff is junk, but I did find a pair of Diesel jeans for 5 bucks and tap shoes for 8 bucks. Worth a drive-by occasionally, but not a treasure trove.

I’ve gotten $ 2CD’s, $ 3 shirts, and $ 6 pants here — children’s books are fifty cents,(touched up on my US History with a 4th grade study book, also got an awesome book on outer space, full color). Bottom line: the prices are on point — and that’s coming from a genuine cheapskate. I’ve been coming here since 2005 when they were still at their old location. Gotten some nice threads over the years but it takes patience to find something that fits correctly. Things run big. Put your purchases in a plastic bag and let them sit in your freezer for five hours after you bring them home — that will kill any bed bugs that might be in them. If you don’t think there are bed bugs in this store you are a crazy person.

In agreement with other Unilocalers, the cookware is way too expensive. Most of it seemed to be from Macy’s Tools of The Trade brand. You can get a better deal at Macy’s Cellar during the holidays, rather than this place. To sum it up: not impressed.

This place could be great. There’s a pretty decent selection on clothing and shoes. I found a sweater marked at $ 4 that I was pretty excited about. $ 4 for a warm sparkly sweater? I’ll take it! but as I was cashing out, she told me that it was $ 6. I quickly told her that it was marked for $ 4 and pointed out where I found it. She gave me a «deal» and lowered the price to $ 4 but then charged me extra for tax! There’s no clothing tax in new york!

I wanted to love this place because it is so close to my new apartment, but it did not give the me opportunity. Firstly, I agree with the previous review that the pots and pans are WAAAAAY too expensive. The employee on staff was eye-balling me the minute I walked in, so much so, that I felt the need to say hello to her not once, but twice. After perusing the selection, which was definitely on the small side, I chose an old World Book of maps & atlases. I searched high and low for the price of books, and all I found was a sign that said«hardcover books, $ 1 and up.» This was disheartening, as I feared, this was one of those establishments where they look you over, THEN decide the price of your purchases. My jaw dropped when she told me the book would be $ 4. After pointing out the fact that the binding was deteriorating and there was mold on the exterior of the pages, she gave me a GREAT deal, lowering the price to $ 3. I doubt if I will ever set foot into that dingy, bargain basement again. Little did they know that I could have been one of their new best customers. AND, the first time I tried to go in, two men were struggling with a couch that was taking up the whole staircase, so entering wasn’t even an option.

This is a pretty decent thrift store buried underneath the Hollywood Video near Myrtle/Wyckoff. Their used pots and pans are too expensive. There is a decent clothing selection, thus far it doesn’t look like it’s been raided too heavily. There are, however, $ 2 vinyl records. So far the ones that I have gotten have been unequivocally terrible. But there could be some gems in there. But for $ 2? Worth a return trip.
