I’ve been a client of SF and Steve Bernstein’s in particular for 20 years. For the first time I needed Steve –my car got flooded and totaled — he completely failed to perform even a minimum of his duties as an insurance agent. He and his staff did not offer even the basic information on how to handle the situation I was in.
Steve is never at the office anymore, his agents barely speak English and it takes Steve 3 – 4 days to answer a rare, but urgent email. He blames it on his personal issues.
So, unless you’re planning to never have any issues with your car or insurance, DON’T take a chance with this agent.
