Terrible terrible service! I rented a private one bedroom in Chelsea and they really had no respect for my privacy. I kept getting calls to show the apartment to other customers and when I couldn’t make myself available to be there they would just enter the house without my consent or permission. One time they came in on me while I was getting into the shower. I was shocked beyond belief. All they said was «sorry» and that it wouldn’t happen again!
Stay away from them if you care about your privacy!

Worst service imaginable. They don’t care about you or your personal property, they just want your money.
I lived at a property for almost a full year due to work placement, during this time they never went out of their way to make me comfortable.
I showed up and there were dirty sheets on the bed, which really set the tone for my duration. Stay-​Awhile workers come and go in the apartment as the choose with no notice, not a comfortable situation for my roommates (females) to have random men entering the apartment unannounced. They will also stick you with a new roommate at the drop of a hat.
