Hit or miss. Most of the time the beverage is made well just depends on who makes it. That’s just Starbucks. Five stars because they will remake it without any hesitation and the staff is extremely friendly.

Love the ambiance here, very spacious which is a good thing because it seems to be always packed. The two people at the register today were sweet and very efficient. Best Starbucks I’ve been to thus far

Maybe I caught them on an off day but this was by far one of the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. With only 1 person ahead of me in line I somehow managed to wait a good 10 minutes before walking out of the store, drink in hand. Not sure how a tall soy latte can be that complicated.

I don’t write reviews for Starbucks since it’s so basic, but this place was nice. As usual, lots of people come in to study and it would be hard to find a table if you came around prime time, but surprisingly, this place wasn’t so bad. Apparently, my friend comes here to study often so it’s nice to know you have a back up study area. Good music, large space, outlets and smells great. The baristas are chill too. I could definitely spend a good chunk of time just sitting here catching up on some work or something.

Typical Starbucks, has an outside terrace. The location of the area is kinda grumpy. Not the center, but not far from the Brooklyn Bridge Park. The barista was very rude to everybody, not much of a problem, coffee was great and so was the desert.

This location was an ICEBOX! Had to have been below 67. Immediately upon walking in, I walked out. Nice store front. Blends into the surroundings, like a brown stone.

The place is a bit noisy. Lots of seats but they fill up fast. PSA: be very specific about your drink order, they have a tendency to overdo the cream/milk…

I came here to meet my friend… who’s ditching me. So while waiting I got an ice chai and a blueberry muffin. It came fast and was worth the commute. I’m still waiting so I decided to write a review. ~sigh~

Well what can I say just that the difference between small and large make no sense but that’s business 101, drink up because the summer heat is on the way.

the slowest service I’ve ever seen. I waited 20 mins for a frap. the staff was extremely slow even seeing the long line and people waiting. not a pleasant experience. I would rather walk to the next Starbucks.

A good and comfy Starbucks with the feel of a college town. Lots of intelligent looking professorial types on laptops. I sit now in a leather arm chair. The lighting is subdued. The staff friendly. I tried the Evolution Fresh cold pressed SUPERGREEN. Deeply disappointed. It’s like a Naked Juice. All fruit/sugar purée. No green veg. I should have thought as much. I hope it doesn’t muck up my ph too much.

This Starbucks has a fantastic staff. The girl that is usually at the counter in the evenings is very friendly and polite. She always helps me with my orders and has a pleasant demeanor. I don’t know how Starbucks keeps their employees so happy but I almost always have a good experience with their baristas and I love the atmosphere Starbuck’s keeps at their cafes. This Starbucks also serve consistently good drinks. Montague street is starved for good spots to eat so at least we have starbucks for a good cup of coffee and cool hang out.

It was a nice Sunday and I was strolling through Brooklyn Heights. I wanted something warm and something to sip on to make me look cooler than I already am as I took my walk and browsed though the shops… I head into Starbucks and it’s not that busy I quickly notice all the cute Brooklyn Décor, I order my pumpkin spice latte and some other seasonal concoction, pay almost ten bucks for two drinks and get ready to head back to my stroll… I stop over to get a little bit of sugar and I stop dead in my tracks when I am met with the filth and trash surrounding the counter. It grossed me out and is totally unacceptable, it was early on a Sunday morning there is no reason it shouldn’t have been cleaned!!!

It’s a bit grimy — trash all over the floor and dirty tables, but at least there are tables at which to hang out until 11pm in the evening. There aren’t a whole lot of cafes open that late in the area, and I appreciate the late hours more than anything.

I usually avoid Starbucks and opt for an independent coffee option whenever I Can but I will admit, this is my favorite Starbucks in NYC and I will get my coffee fix here when I’m in Brooklyn Heights. This Starbucks is in the ground level of a brownstone, has expose brick inside and is so charming you and homey you won’t believe you are in, well, Starbucks. This is also one of the few Starbucks in Brooklyn to have Clover. Starbucks reserve brewed in the clover is very close to being as good as many fine/niche coffee establishments. If you’re in the area, even if you normally avoid Starbucks, it’s worth a try!

Simply put, there is something quite charming about a Starbucks being in the bottom of a brownstone in a gorgeous neighborhood. Also, all of the attractive male baristas there the evening I visited have amazing singing voices. I swear, I was listening to Luther Vandross at one juncture. Thanks for quickly and efficiently getting me my Tall Chocolate Chai as well as making me swoon a little bit, gents.

The Pros: — Friendly Staff — Lots of seats — Nice huge wooden table for working Cons — Expect a wait time of around 5 – 10 minutes — Fraps are half melted and not the consistency I’m used to — They run out of things like hazlenut syrup on my whipped cream, breakfast sandwiches, chocolate whipped cream, etc etc. HOWDOYOURUNOUTOFTHINGS? YOUARESTARBUCKS. TRYHARDER. I also here there’s only one outlet — WHAT?!

This Starbucks was originally an extra block down, but than moved to a larger space. Once I walked in, I noticed the décor had a rustic and interesting look to it. It’s quite crowded and busy at this Starbucks. Love the long communal table that’s in the back which is great for people to work together and alongside each other. Friendly and helpful staff.
