After a 3-​month apartment search and dealing with over two dozen brokers (yes, I nearly lost it!), I have to say Yahira was an absolute breath of fresh air. It was immediately apparent from my first conversation with her that she was far-​and-​away the most professional, courteous, and responsive of anyone I had dealt with up to that point. She truly has her client’s best interests in mind and makes certain you are comfortable and satisfied throughout the [notoriously terrible] apartment hunt process in NYC. In less than two business days following our first visit, my fiancé and I were signing the lease and couldn’t be more appreciative for Yahira’s work. Her honesty and level of care is something rarely seen in the real estate world. Thank you, Yahira!

I worked with Yahira to find an apartment and I must say I have never met a better real estate agent in my 5 years living in NYC. The first place Yahira showed me I loved and applied for and throughout the entire process she was responsive, helpful, and amazing. As a woman I am always concerned about my safety in different neighborhoods and without me even having to bring it up Yahira asked the current tenant of my new apartment how it would be for a woman to walk around at night on the block.
I would refer her to anyone and definitely use her again if I need to move in the future!

I’m soooo late to review for various exhausting reasons, but I rented my current apartment through Yahira Rivera several months ago, and she couldn’t be any sweeter and helpful. My situation was a little more difficult than she anticipated, but she hung in there with me and helped get us through the process. I would recommend her to anyone.

Josephine is the greatest. Not only did she help me find a great apartment and was supportive through the entires process, she was there through move in.
The landlord didn’t have everything ready and though she didn’t have to, Josephine was there for support. There wasn’t anything she needed to or could do. But I just moved to the city and it was nice to have someone to call to listen to me vent. If that’s not great customer service, I don’t know what is.
Call Josephine if you need a place. She puts her heart into her work and does a great job

I rented an apartment through these jokers, or, more specifically, through an agent named Lisa Walker who works for them.
Turns out that they put me in an apartment with a certifiably insane landlord who lived in the building. The guy was caught steeling our upstairs neighbor’s air conditioner, would frequently break into our apartment, ring our doorbell at 1 a. m, write us threatening letters, etc. The previous tenants had been driven from their place based on the landlord after only a few months and we moved right in. Lisa Walker knew of this problem, but never mentioned it to us, and actively prevented us from meeting the landlord before we signed a lease. Once she had her commission, she could care less what type of dump we ended up in. Heck, we only lasted two months. .. good news for her because she got another commission from whatever rube she put in there to take our place.
Not to mention the fact that it was an illegal rental in the first place (3 units in a 2 unit building).
Lisa Walker cannot be trusted.

She was friendly, genuine and most importantly seemed to enjoy her job beyond the fee she would receive for it. She was flexible and down to earth and listened to my needs. I felt comfortable during the process and that she wouldn’t come with any surprises. I could openly talk to her about my needs and reservations with some neighborhoods, she was understanding and non-​judgmental
I recommend her. More realtors should have her attitude.

Skyline came to the rescue after a HORRIBLE start to finding an apartment in NY with another group. We were on a tight schedule, but our agent managed to find us an apartment that matched the exact criteria that we were looking for in no time! I highly recommend Skyline if you are looking to move — don’t waste your time going elsewhere.
