All Business Clients are placed on a quarterly retainer fee that includes (Accounting, Sales Tax, Payroll Tax, Estimated Tax, Corporate Tax and Financial Planning). These retainer fees start as low as $ 300 up to $ 3000 quarterly depending on the size and needs of your business.

History

Established in 2010.

Ronald D. Muñoz worked as a Senior Accountant for a Mid Size CPA Firm for 18 years and moved on to become a Controller of a $ 25m Specialty Pharmacy. During his time at the Pharmacy there was a growing interest from friends, family and past clients that he continue practicing. He obliged and grew his tax practice as a sole proprietorship and incorporated on 1÷1÷2013. To obtain a credential for his years of experience he has passed the IRS Enrolled Agent Exam. His mission is to make the stressful and sometimes painful meeting between taxpayer and tax preparer a professional yet friendly environment which includes great advice and business solutions that hopefully leads to a minimal tax bill for his individual tax clients as well as profitability for his business clients.

Ronald Muñoz is a family man born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Managing his business and spending quality time with his family are what matters most in his life. Ron was an integral part of the success of a mid size CPA firm for 18 years while maintaining and closing books and records for up to 100 entities and preparing 300 tax returns annually for Individuals and Corporations. Supervised/​trained staff accountants with daily activities such as payroll taxes, sales tax, workers compensation audits, tax audits and tax planning. Obtained Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification for the firm and was responsible for implementation, training and support for all QuickBooks software engagements. After 18 years Ron was hired as a Controller for Specialty Pharmacy. During the 3 years at the Pharmacy, Ron was able to maintain a small tax practice which grew rapidly over 3 short years. Since opening Ronald D. Munoz, Inc. he has grown mainly through referrals of satisfied clients.
