HELPFUL! FRIENDLY! KNOWLEDGABLE! I’m dealing with a broken down vehicle at 7am and these guys made it a breeze. They got my car towed from the location to my dealership in a prompt fashion at an amazing rate. I worked with Anthony who has the best customer skills; they are now saved in my phone as my go to car service guys. I 100% recommend them they care about customer relations; rare to find in their field :)

I recently had my car towed from this company. Hyundai towing dispatched this place to tow my car. They came within a hour of making the call. The guy also called and kept me updated on time of arrival. My car had been badly damaged in the front bumper and was leaking fluid due to a pothole cover that was placed in a entrance way of a parking lot. The guy from the tow company told me not to worry that my car will be taken care of, he then proceeded to tell me that his company would be able to make the repairs for me throu my insurence or he can take it to hyundai, he was not pushy at all and told me that its entirely up to me on wat I wanna do. I was so stressed out with wat just happen, he was so nice and pleasant. he kept reassuring me that everything is gonna be okay.

I recently had to get my car towed by this company. They was on time. The employee name «KENNY» went above and beyond the extra mile to make sure my car was ok. Thanks Kenny!

If I could give then zero starts it would be too many. I have cadillac roadside assisitance. The 1^st time they were dispatched I was told the would be an hour and a half. I got a phone call 5 min before they were suppose to be here and told be the truck broke down. That had a domino affect. That meant I couldn’t get my car to the dealer in time before they closed. So now I had to make plans for the next day. Dumb me caked roadside again this morning g at 7am. To my bad luck, they called Lack of Quality Automotive and the were to arrive an hour later. Guess what? Yep
. this time, there was a police call. This place is bs. Don’t use or trust them. Thank me later. They need to go out of business.

I called my roadside assistance twice in the last week because my car keeps acting up. Quality automotive was the two truck company for both. The first time was eh. But just tonight Kenny picked up my car. Since I was so frustrated with my car, I was really cranky. Kenny could’ve given me a bad attitude, but he was really nice and understanding. ETA was 30 min. He came around that time. I recommend them.

After waiting for one hour for them to arrive for a tow, they bailed on the appointment. Read the other reviews. The only positive reviews are fake (single-​review users). Do NOT use these clowns.

I own a BMW M5 and having left it idle in the garage for 6 months my car’s battery was completely dead. After struggling with BMW roadside assist for 5 hrs because they couldn’t find a provider who was able to either jump start my car or pull it out of the garage and tow it, I contacted Quality Automotive Services who sent a BMW expert and help me start my car so I can drive it to a dealer. I highly recommend Quality Automotive Services to anyone who needs his/​her car serviced in Manhattan.

if i could give this company zero stars I would. Quality was called to pick up my car through roadside assistance. They came and got it (it took them 4 hours), they were supposed to deliver it to a nearby dealership, but nearly two days later my car is missing and no one at the company is able to give me answers. They say they dropped it off, but can’t get the paperwork to prove it. They also can’t tell me who signed for it, or the location where it was dropped off. The driver conveniently went on vacation and the manager (Anthony) has been avoiding calls like the plague. I’ve gotten to the point where I’ve had to consider it stolen and contact police. Even they couldn’t get straight answers from this company. DO NOT USE THEM.

Absolute worst customer service. I needed my Vespa towed from Greenpoint to Vespa Brooklyn and Progressive hired these dummies to do it. They gave me an eta of 90 minutes and ten minutes after that ended, they called me and said it was going to be another thirty minutes because one of their trucks was in the shop and the other one was on it’s way back from the Bronx, Vespa Broolyn closes at 6:30 so I was pretty boned and when I told the lady on the phone that, she goes, «let me see what I can do and I’ll call you right back.» Twenty minutes later Progressive calls and says that this company called them and cancelled the service that I’ve already been waiting on for over two hours.
Honestly, you have *one* job. You literally just have to understand traffic patterns and you don’t even have to be that great at it because Google will do 95% of that work for you. If you don’t understand how traffic works, you probably just shouldn’t work there. This entire company can go straight to hell.

If 0 stars were possible I would give 0. I had the displeasure of having to deal with this tow company due to AMEX Roadside Assistance assigning them to pick up my car. After over 4 hours, I have yet to see a tow truck and the dispatcher keeps telling me he is 30 minutes out. Tried saving a couple bucks by using AMEX Roadside Assistance and it ended up being a total nightmare.

My car just stopped last night (luckily I made it all the way home) I suspected that it was the battery but not sure. I called my roadside and they referred me to Anthony from Quality. He was very friendly and answered my questions, and they came within the window. Now Avi is who truly made my day!!! He popped my hood and was meticulous, he told me my alternator was not giving a charge, and even gave me tips on how to care for the battery ;) he is a smart guy and we had a great conversation in the truck. Most importantly, he was meticulous with my car when taking it on and off the flatbed. I will definitely request to use them again.

My insurance company called this company when my vehicle broke down in the middle of nowhere. They said they would pick me up within one hour. When they finally arrived 2.5 hours later, they ended up not taking the vehicle because the tow trucks bed had oil and he thought my vehicle would slip. He just left without trying to come up with a solution or giving me an explanation, just got back on the truck and left. On top of that, the customer service from the dispatcher was horrendous. Do yourself a favor and do not call this company!!!

these guys are predators, tried to charge us 325 $ cash even though the maximum they’re legally allowed to charge is 125 for a tow (car was blocking a private driveway) and they legally have to accept credit cards acording to the DCA, go in the next morning and guess what have to fight them to get the bill lowered to the legal maximum and paid with a card, even then they tried tacking on another 10 $ to the storage fee, good thing we researched the law before handing money out to these scammers, these guys are sketchy and will bleed you dry if you let them!

This place is a joke. Possibly the rudest customer service experience I’ve ever had, not even counting them showing up over an hour late. Hanging up on both your customer and the service department of the dealership who arranged the tow is maybe not the best way to run things. Fun waste of a frigid morning though.

I was sent this service by Progressive Roadside assitance to tow my car. They were fast, friendly, efficient. I got a call saying my driver was there, and the person on the phone was very nice. They suggested I use their shop for the repairs, but were not pushy at all when I said I already made arrangements somewhere else. They easily put my car on the tow truck and the whole ordeal was over in ten minutes.
