Established in 2002.

Michael Pollock began Pollock Spark after years of success in advertising, film and digital marketing. Starting out as a consultant to creative businesses, it became clear that part of this work involved coaching the leaders of those businesses. Adding the practice of Executive Coaching, Michael now works with individual creative professionals in TV and film, Advertising and Design, Media, Marketing and Strategy and of course the Internet.

Michael is an Executive Coach and Consultant for Creative and Media Professionals. He has helped to build the careers and businesses of film makers, graphic designers, industrial designers, TV development and production executives, PR and advertising people, web people, and composers: all sorts of people in creative businesses.

He himself has worked in advertising, marketing, Internet, filmmaking and postproduction, design and music businesses. He brings his unique set of experience to the service of creative people and businesses.
