This place is absolutely amazing and is one of my favorites in all of Brooklyn. We eat here often and food is superb. We get the shrimp oreganatta hero and pasta fagioli soup, sometimes the cold anti — and tartufo.
I honestly think staff are always incredible. Big good looking guy, think he’s the owner or one of em — He’s awesome. His sister is too. I think they are siblings? Idk.
One Sunday I was chatting w my friend about how awesome the food was the night before. I literally called them to tell them how great it was.
I like it that much! Yes indeed.

It’s early evening on a cold, damp Saturday and my tummy craves something comforting and covered in sauce; like grandma used to make, that is, if I had an Italian grandma. Listed on the Unilocal Top 100 places to dine in Brooklyn, Peppino’s busts out grandma-​worthy meatballs and sauce for days! To the balls I flew and feasted on along with my Arrabiata infused whole wheat penne pasta. When my friend shared a piece of his Spinach Ravioli, I found myself wishing I had an extra stomach just to have my own order. The greetings and service are very much «family style» — everyone smiles at you and is super helpful/​accommodating. You just feel this overwhelming sense that they’re happy you are stuffing your face and want you to stay awhile, even if the place is packed all around you.

We wanted to try pizza ala vodka. Thankfully, we came here. It was absolutely scrumptious and I think it’s our new favorite. The fried artichoke was a terrific and tender appetizer, and the tartufo and peanut butter pie the perfect conclusion.

Im visiting my parents place in Brooklyn with my Miami-​born boyfriend. Easily the best Caesar salad we’ve had. The margarita pizza was so good that we contemplated ordering another. Service was excellent. This place is on our short list.

This pizza was fantastic. I ordered a medium pie to go and brought it back to Boston. I heated it up at 400 degrees and it was fantastic. Margarita with prosciutto. Fantastic. The medium pizza was a good size for two people. I can’t imagine how big the large pizza is.

Peppinos is consistently good. It’s family owned and it tastes like home cooking. The pizza is delicious and so is everything else on the menu. My family and I eat here at least once a week. I highly recommend it!

I was in Brooklyn for the the Rock and Roll half marathon, and decided to have a pre-​race Italian dinner to load up on carbs! Peppino’s hit the spot, everything was so yummy! My boyfriend had spaghetti and meatballs and I had the meat lasagna. It was nice and hot, the meat was great. Only downside was that they had ran out of bread, which was a disappointment. But the waitress was very nice, and service was quick.

Despite what other reviews say, this place is only decent because of interior and reasonably Italian music.
With only two wines and cooks unable even to properly cook the crust of a calzone, without speaking if a sub-​par quality of ingredients (in our case-​especially the Italian sasage), this restaurant definitely does not deserve the grade it currently have on Unilocal.
Cherry on the top-​we had to assist to a fight between a waiter and a delivery boy and spend most of our meal with our water glasses empty, without any of the waiters noticing.
Definetely would not recommend but for someone who already lives around and is testing all the pizza joints of the neighborhood.

Not bad! Thin crust pizza but not thin enough. That’s ok though — enjoyed the pizza at Peppinos thoroughly. We ordered the davialo — sausage and olives basically. A small is 14 inches and has six slices /​yeah the slices are pretty boss. The service is lovely and the complimentary bread is hot and basically pizza crust. They also had Peroni on draft. All that said — it’s not cheap… the pizza that is… the draft was like 4.75. Guiseppinas and Table 87 are better though.

It’s been a long time since I’ve had a true Pizza. Ever since the last time I was in Italy. Let me tell you the food is delicious, service is great and price is right.
Décor is homey-​italian.

Fast, friendly service I happened to stumble upon while in Park Slope. It’s a cozy little place with a pizza list hard to pick from! I went for the Margarita pie. And I loved it! The sauce was so so so so good! If one thing I love about pizza, it has to be the sauce. I think this my new favorite pizza place!

Peppinos is a small restaurant for great oven baked pizza. Good service! Great Brick oven pizza! Never too crowded! Prices are affordable!
They offer both oven baked pizza and baby oven baked pizza. Both are very good, but baby is good for one person is you do not want to share. My favorite baked oven pizza is the chicken pizza or pizza alla vodka.

Really good pizza here. My favorite is the Pizza Alla Vodka — I love any kind of pizza with prosciutto. Really great crust and tastes good even when cold.
The only downside is the price — you can’t get a medium pie for less than $ 16 so it won’t be my go-​to place if I’m craving pizza.

Excellent pizza and they deliver in the slope. Great service and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the pizza is a bit on the expensive side and the restaurant itself lacks ambiance (although it does attempt to make it feel homey in there). Highly recommend for pizza delivery!
PS – make sure to get the bread included for free with the pizza delivery, it is quite good.
