I contacted them for a full house deep deep clean. Since it was such a large job, I asked if they would come see it first and give me a flat rate, and they obliged.
Long story short, I agreed to the pricing for 2 people for 8 hours/​day, for a three-​day project, starting today.
5 hours in, one girl left because she was tired. So we sent the other girl home. They were also super slow. We’ve hired help in the past, and 1 woman did twice what she did in half the time (she’s not available for this project).
I called them and got «Oh I didn’t know, etc,» but in the end, insisted I pay the full price for the day!
I work in property management, and know this process well. While they may be a good company, the 2 people they sent today were lackluster, and that does not make me confident that they have better workers.
