So I’ve had my tresses hair for about 2 months now I’ve decided to share my thoughts. First !! I love the salon it’s intimate very personal which I love. Also very clean and organized. My stylist was on time for my appointment I didn’t have to wait. I bought the 3 bundle deal for 180 .: I wasn’t sure if it was going to be enough but the bundles were quite thick and the texture was amazing. I got a a middle part. So for the past two months I’ve had this same sew-in I recently just took it out. I’m goin to reuse it again. I’ve washed the hair and colored it and he texture has not changed its still soft and full of body, also it doesn’t shade which I was scared of after I bleached it but it did not shade. Over all the hair is great and affordable I will recommend my tresses to anyone I will be returning to them !! #happycilent #lovemystylist

Love, love, love My Tresses! My Tresses is a retail store that sells virgin human hair. The number one thing I love about this line is that it looks very natural. My hair is long, but I use My Tresses hair for protective hairstyles. My family and friends can never tell the difference. The hair is super soft and it does not tangle. Best of all, it does not shed. I have tried buying hair from local beauty supply stores, or ordering it online but My Tresses, by far, has the best product. I love that I can wash it and wear it wavy, or blow it out straight and it has the same body and fullness. I usually get the body wave, but I have referred friends who have tried the natural wave, and swear by it. Both waves flat irons bone straight. They also sell some very nice wigs, which I hope to try one day, when I get the courage to get a full head of weave with a closure. In a nutshell, a great company that sells excellent hair!

First let me start off by saying,“the head stylist does a good job styling weave. Now, for the review: the customer service here is the worst I’ve ever experienced in my entire life…#1:your clients should never have to wait 8−12hrs for your services especially when you gave them an «appointment»…#2:when you’re servicing a client, be advised that this client is actually paying for your time to personally take care of their needs so that no one should be able to just walk up to you and hold 30min conversations with the stylist during their«appointment»…after all, isn’t that the purpose of the shop’s set-up…#3:this is a place of business not a bodega where there’s no lines and people can just skip others just because they’re friends with the stylist. an appointment should be honored in correct order, if not then maybe you should apply the«first come, first served“rule but then again who am I kidding your«friends» would still be able to skip due to the fact that whenever the head stylist finally/eventually arrives she doesn’t know who’s the first second or third client thanks to the shop keeper/receptionist/mean lady in the front…#4:the salon is beautifully decorated but I find it sort of odd that there’s a grand chandelier in front but the restroom doesn’t have a paper towel dispenser and uses hand soap from family dollar. Have you ever wondered why some salons stay in business and at the same location for 20+yrs? It’s because they value customer service and excel at it which brings more money and longevity. To the head stylist, maybe you should bring your hair styling skills to the kitchen and pick up a glamour decorating skill on the side so this way you can still chit chat with your«friends» and help real business owners with décor… in the words of our generation«I’m just saying». The one star was for that chandelier it’s fabulous… I stared at it during most of the 12hr wait.
