A completely shady operation. My husband purchased something and at the same time I purchased the same at a different store (for nevertheless half the price), within 30 minutes of his coming home with his purchase I called the store asking to return the item and was met with «store credit only». A total lack of consideration and morals. Fully unscrupulous and a total rip off to boot, their prices are no less than double of Best Buy. I like to support neighborhood shops but this operation is a scam and the owner/​manager/​worker (depending on the moment in the conversation) is a complete thief. GO ELSEWHERE

Pretty sure they stock appliances that were rejected by other stores– stuff that probably fell off a truck on the highway. Bought an AC and carried it all the way home only to find it didn’t work. To their credit, they were very quick to exchange it.
After lugging the replacement unit home and opening the box, found the new unit is bent out of shape and cracked down the front. And I have to bang it on the side every once in a while so the fan will stop rattling. At least it blows cold air– I don’t feel like walking it all the way back.
Next time i will make the trip out to Home Depot. Suggest you do the same.

Was looking for vga to vga. 20 dollars for a 6ft cord. Went a couple doors down and got the same cord for 10 dollars. The service was good, the person running the shop wears a suit and tie

When my lenovo charger died this was the only place that carried a universal charger. If you walk into the store knowing exactly what you want, you won’t be disappointed.

I really like this electronic store. The customer service is really nice, don’t know if is because I am female… lol the MTV name come from the store owner’s name. They sell some arts items, some hard to find pieces of electronics like radios and recorders. I was able to get a big photo album that is not available in other stores.

Super sleazy. They tried to sell me a Philips Norelco T780 beard trimmer for $ 60. A simple google search reveals that other retailers as well as the philips website only charge $ 30 – 35. So unless you really know what you’re doing, don’t go here looking for advice.

As soon as I walked in I had a guy in my face, pressuring me to buy a dust buster that I didn’t want. He basically started ringing up the sale as soon as I told him what I was looking for. I left.
