FWIW, I did order through GrubHub, but this is my experience with them —
–1 star for bad customer service. The person on the phone was very rude to me when I called at the delivery start time of 9:00 and told me they wouldn’t be delivering until 10.
–1 star for it taking over an hour to get to me.
–1 more star because the Cuban sandwich was greasy and lifeless and the ropa vieja was dry and tough, not moist and tender. The yellow rice was just «okay».
I’m from a family that used to roll cigars in Ybor City in Tampa, where Cuban sandwiches were invented, so I am probably very biased to them from places like Carmine’s in Tampa, but theirs was terrible. I don’t think I’ll order from them again unless I’m REALLY craving Cuban food.

They have fantastic and very cheap rotisserie chicken. The sauces they give you with the food are excellent as well. If you don’t want to eat coma inducing quantities of food, their Cuban sangwich is pretty good too.
