Affordable, reliable and easily scheduled. These ladies are perfectionist at cleaning. They actually care about the quality of work, and the entire house is spotless once they’re done.
I would recommend them to anyone, very pleased. I’ve had other cleaning people before but these ladies are top notch.

The cleaning lady we used was very friendly. She was quick and she did a good job. The only downfall was she didn’t speak English very well so it made it a little challenging to communicate what we wanted done. She also wasn’t the original person we requested but I would use them again.

I used Mom’s Cleaning Service for the 4+ years I lived in Williamsburg. I wish they had moved out of state with me! I highly recommend them!

I never hire cleaning service in my life but this choice of this company was the best one. These ladies are very responsible and they know how suppose to look clean house. I am totally sure then I am gonna hire them again and also recommend to my family and friends.

At a second attempt with them, I think it will be our last. Our kitchen sink had food and dirt left in it, some of our surfaces still had dirt on it – actual dirt that must have spilled during the month from a plant that was temporarily sitting on the surface — but was not when the cleaning woman came, but she did not bother to clean it.
Also, their website clearly states they use their own cleaning materials, but when I walked into my kitchen I saw that she had all of my cleaning materials out from under the sink and on the counter. Typically, I wouldn’t mind, if I hadn’t been charged a certain price for this service expecting them, as stated on their website, to bring their own supplies.
They DO NOT make beds. Shocking to me, never came across a maid service that will clean a toilet but not make a bed.
Just not too impressed with this service and will be looking elsewhere.

Moms Cleaning NYC is an absolutely fantastic service! They cleaned our one bedroom apartment for almost four hours, which I didn’t even know was possible. And they charge a flat rate, not hourly, so their attention to detail only means a thorough clean (and not a higher price!)! We had Josefa who is fantastic — she even cleaned the inside of our refrigerator! Our bathroom was sparkling, and the bathtub was a whole new level of clean. I usually do the cleaning — I used to think I was good at cleaning until I saw what our place looked like after Josefa cleaned. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

We had our house cleaned after a raucous gathering during which our kitchen sink took a particularly heavy beating. Mom’s Cleaning did a great job, our apartment is sparkling! Highly recommended!

I never hire cleaning service. I do my cleaning by myself, I just prefer that way, but even Someone like me with that mentality can enjoy the Services of Mom’s Cleaning NYC. I hire them especially when I know Im having guests over for the weekend or when im having a busy month, and they take care of EVERYTHING. Nothing beats the feeling of arriving late at home to a pristine clean apartment, that makes me really happy. Plus, reservation is very easy to make And their online reservation tool is cutting edge. I always pay through paypal. I recommend!

Momscleaning did a fantastic job. The products they use are amazing… I have allergies, so natural products are required for me. They took care and stayed as long as neccessary. I will definitely use them A THIRD TIME!!!

My apartment is sparkling! They clean the corners you never think of because they are too hard to reach! No more dust bunnies in the corners! They cleaned my windows! My tub is whiter than I have ever seen it. They organized my kitchen and my bathroom shelves. Thanks Mom’s Cleaning!

This was my first time using Moms Cleaning NYC and it will certainly not be the last! My apartment was fairly untidy as I just had 3 of my (messy) friends stay with me, within a few hours it was cleaner than ever before.
Javier and Idalia came over and they asked what i wanted cleaned, if i had an area that needs specific attention and any areas to avoid. I told them to just basically clean the whole place including my bedroom floor but leave my desk untouched. The had some cleaning supplies, i provided them with a vacuum and a bucket and they got to work. At this point I left the apartment so they could work, I came back a few hours later and the place looked BEAUTIFUL!
My apartment was absolutely spotless, they had managed to exceed my expectations on what a cleaning service could actually do. The wooden floors were shining, the carpets cleaned and vacuumed, the fridge was completely cleaned and arranged, everything was cleaned in the kitchen including the stove and all the cupboards were cleaned and arranged very nicely (very pleasant surprise!) The Bathroom was glowing it was so clean, even the windowsills were wiped down.
I am extremely happy with the service I received from MomsCleaningNYC, I am definitely getting them to clean once a month at least!
