Next Cleaners

Claudia and Team have been very helpful in creating a seamless cleaning experience for my home.
Her staff is friendly, attentive, and on time. Claudia always goes the extra mile to make every part of the experience easy for me – from scheduling (she event proactively reaches out when its been a few weeks since my last cleaning), to working with her staff to ensure someone is available, to following up to ensure I had a great experience each time.
I highly recommend her team for apartment cleaning — great customer service!

Ive been going to Next for quite some time at their Nolita location and now their Greenwich Ave location. Recently, I had an item of clothing go missing. Initially I was frustrated but then realized that it was just a piece of clothing. Management gave me a credit towards future cleaning services which I thought was fair, especially given their liability which is clearly stated on the back of their ticket. In the end, I am happy with the outcome and will continue to go to them because they have always been fast and an excellent cleaner.

Horrible experience! I found someone’s stained underwear in my wash and fold laundry bag! Disgusting!!! Will never use again!

Expensive, but they do a great job and are very meticulous. They also do wash and fold, and you can provide your own detergent if you have a preference.

I’m a spaz, but since this place has very few reviews, I feel I should keep it updated.
This place had some growing pains, but now I’m really happy with it. They changed the staff, changed the place they send the wash and fold, and other things customers have said.
Now I know I can send my laundry in, with very weird instructions (low dry this, hang dry this, sort this) and it all comes out ok. I keep it in lingerie bags to keep it easy, but still, they don’t charge me a crazy amount or give me a hard time for any of this, and they do indeed follow instructions.
I don’t really dry clean, but the things I did have done there were fine.
Service-​wise, I’ve been much happier with the change of staff. All the forgotten/​lost/​overcharged stuff seemed to just be errors with a person who was working there before, which doesn’t happen anymore.
It’s also by far the best deal I can find within walking distance for wash and fold, so that’s another star.

Terrible. Don’t think they use soap — not only do clothes not smell fresh, shirts still have scent of my cologne. Laundry frequently not ready for days. And delivery is completely unreliable. Several other cleaners on Greenwich Ave.

Worst cleaners ever. Never have anything ready on time. Completely unreliable. Delivery rarely available. Dry cleaners stained one of my skirts. Do not use– ever!!!

Don’t think I’ve ever had worse service from a cleaners. The clothes were supposed to be delivered on a Saturday. Saturday came and went without a call or delivery. On Tuesday I had to call to find out where they were. I was told «no one had marked them for delivery» so they were just sitting there. I was told they would delivered that evening. The evening came and went and I got a message later saying they closed at 7 and therefore could not deliver. Next morning I received a call to setup a delivery. The cleaners offered no discount or reimbursement for the 4 day late delivery and was completely unapologetic.
The employee never let me speak with a manager, the manager has yet to return any calls.
