I am a nationally certified personal trainer (4 certifications) who services Brooklyn and NYC. I specialize in, in-home personal training, small group training, boxing training, TRX and I also have a personal training studio. I go to your residence (or building gym) with my equipment, you don’t need any, and I customize a workout based on your personal fitness goals. I have trained men and women of all ages and many with medical concerns. I provide safe and effective exercise programs. I have trained people who never have exercised before to highly experienced exercisers. I also incorporate fitness boxing into the workout if desired. You don’t hit a person or get hit. You hit what are called target mitts. You can see a sample of this on my website. Many people enjoy boxing. It lets off steam, stress, burns tons of calories and gets you very fit. History
Established in 1998.
I started working as a fitness trainer for a couple of big gyms in New York City and quickly began training privately. I love working with people, the social interaction and helping people achieve their fitness goals. I trained this one fellow years ago for a few sessions. He wanted to lose weight and he didn’t while he trained with me. I talked to him about diet since this is important especially if you’re looking to lose a significant amount of weight. Well one day I was walking through a tunnel in the subway system and he tapped me on the shoulder from behind. I didn’t even recognize him. It had been years and he had lost a lot of weight. He told me that he had remembered what I had said about diet and he finally put it into practice and off came the weight. He thanked me. He was very elated. I was blown away. It was a really good feeling knowing I could benefit someone, even if it wasn’t immediately. Anyway it’s those kinds of stories that make the work fulfilling.

I’ve been doing personal training since 1998 and started giving boxing lessons a few years ago. More recently I started doing group fitness, boot camp exercise classes. I love working with people, getting them very fit, keeping them in great shape. All my female clients can do push ups from the toes and some of the dedicated ones can do body weight pull ups. What can I say it’s a fun business. I get to help people and wear sneakers and sweat pants all day.
