I agree with every review. They mistreated me too. Taking money without
completing. I could not wear a close. When you do not enjoy life, you injoy
hurting others under protection of insurance. If, Manhattan cleaners moved to Manhattan, they would’ve closed down. Here is Brooklyn. Immigration traditions
of service. Yes, they would not done to those who they RESPECT, but majority
or minority is difficult to manage in respect! You know bisness, like bisness. I
truly believe, when they get disrespected, they may argue, complain, write a
review, or sue! But why, if you do it yourself? Why, because on one side
insurance defend their wrong actions, on the other side suing might bring a
benefit MONEY. This is NY. Immigration. Let’s take it easy folks! We can
always find million other dry cleaning places! Next time, if I encounter half
service I will pay half price, and see you next time! Or half price and stop being
their customer for good! Briefly: many times my shirt is not neatly ironed; my
tie for $ 35 was spoiled, when they do it in a hurry; and recently I called if my shirt
is ready, they said, no, and to come later. I came and my shirt after dry cleaning
for $ 5.50 was not ironed well enough. They said nobody complains, but me.
This is favorite expression in bisness. Okey, but nobody do not pay, but me!
They was suppose to send away to dry clean and somehow in ²¹⁄₂ hours
I come and it’s ready?
It looked like dry cleaned!, but who knows!
If they read my review and I feel they improve I may write a better review.
If they don’t control performance, then have a great summer guys! Something
to live for! Yeeeea!!!

This place was great and relatively cheap!
The loyalty from this place is also like I’ve never seen before. Granted, the english spoken here isn’t the best, but that’s expected with most Dry Cleaners nowadays.
All my clothes were handled well and cleaned to perfection.

Horrible cleaning! Failed to clean my shirts, although convinced me that stains will come out and charged me $ 10 for that! The owner didn’t even apologize, was extremely rude, all about money.
Lost a customer over 10 bucks.
Place is very overpriced and they talk to you like you are an idiot!
Do NOT go!

Not my favorite place, I go when I go to pilates down the street. I’m also not a fan of their cleaning, #John R.
Their tailor is not my first choice either. This place is very old already and really needs a facelift, I good when I’m desperate or in the neighborhood.
