Making Brooklyn beautiful since 1993, Mane Attraction specializes in designer hair cuts, relaxers, perms, colors, weaves, natural hair styles and eyelashes. We also proudly use and sell Dudley’s and Pure Platinum products.

Our salon remains «A Cut Above the Rest» by providing customers amenities such as fresh coffee, free Wi-​Fi and a friendly support staff. Walk-​ins are welcome but appointments are preferred.

History

Established in 1993.

Mane Attraction, Inc was established by Ms. Anne who wanted to create a sophisticated salon environment that offers a variety of hair services at reasonable prices.

Meet the Business Owner

Ms. Anne D.

Business Owner

Ms. Anne possesses a natural flair for fashion and style that extends to her work as a successful hair stylist and beauty salon owner. She came to the United States from Trinidad & Tobago in the early 1970s bringing her natural talent for hair styling with her. She attended Dudley’s Cosmetology University and received a degree in advanced cosmetology.

Her styling career began at Timbuktu in Coney Island in 1985 and later she opened the first Mane Attraction on Mermaid Ave between 16^th and 17^th St in 1993. Eventually, the rapid growth of her clientele required an expansion into a larger space.

Ms. Anne and her team of dedicated stylists continue to bring modern and sexy hair to Brooklyn, allowing each client to project the most impressionable look possible.
