Very disappointed with the service, i was recommended to this car wash but didn’t like the service, I’ve paid for $ 21 plus tax for full service but will never go again I don’t recommend this car wash.

Absolute worst experience ever. I purchased an oil change and after a few weeks, I noticed my service light was still blinking. I took it upon myself and asked a friend to help me check the oil. and it had never been changed. I was shocked! They also wrote on my receipt «not responsible for any damages» after I refused their offer to replace my «damaged oil plug.» Really disappointed and disgusted by the service here.

This place is terrible. I would pay twice the price to actually have my car fully cleaned. As it is I have to come home and spot clean everything they missed. I can see the dirt from 35 feet away, but they can’t seem to see it right in front of them to clean it. They’re just the only car wash in the area. This or you have to make an appointment for a detailing place at least a week in advance. Just awful.

This place is terrible. The guys who cleaned my car were friendly enough although my car was still dirty when it was returned to me. The worst part was the tattooed cashier who has a terrible attitude. Check out a manual on proper customer service is my only piece of advice.

Most Unprofessional car wash I have EVER dealt with! I bring in my new sports car which i had for 1 week… the 2 young guys at the front were complete idiots. He got in my car and gunned it into the wash and continued to play with my car horn like its some kind of toy. He was dooing this right in front of me… I couldn’t believe it! They have no respect to your vehicle! And the worse part is it came out the other end with a SCRATCH near the rear bumper which was NEVER there! I couldn’t get prove that they did it, so I didnt bother and just left. I rather drive a dirty car then to come here ever again!

Worst car wash ever. Guy claimed car was dirty to start, duah I think that was what I was here for. All they did was water car down with power spray but no brushes and send it through machine. Never again. Car was cleaner but still dirty but I still had to pay.

Worst car wash ever. I had to point out that my windows, car mats, rugs and rims were still dirty. And my antenna was left on my front passenger seat. The manager told me I have to tell then that I want that stuff done. Unbelievable

Went once and after the wash I drove off to find out a few blocks later that they forgot to put my mats back in my car, so knowing that anyone can have an off day I tried them again to give them the benefit of the doubt and low and behold they did worse the second time around, they put a ripped older version of my Superman mats in my car but get this they only gave me one and then tried hard to convince me that I only had one and it was the ragged one and they tried to tell me that maybe I never had a second mat, DUH They come in sets of 4 and I just bought them 3 weeks ago. The manager attempted to give me plain black mats and then settled with giving me a free car wash next time, but I really doubt that I’m ever going to trust this place again. The mats vanished in thin air or maybe someone just wanted to replace their old mat with my mats, either way its enough to have me write this review and give this place a BIG THUMBS DOWN… You want to have faith that a car wash would have competent people handling your car, at least to be able not to snatch or lose your mats, however they seem not to care much about taking care of your property, Not a good way to have repeat business.

Park car before the chains, get out, wait for oilchangemen, go inside, sit and wait for Master-​Oilchangeman to find you sitting on the fake leather virbrachair, sans vibra, and try to convince you to put synthetic oil into a Ford with 182k on it already, sans success– pay, get 2 receipts from a girl who doesnt like me, go to car wash, give one receipt to washmen, tip***, go back inside, watch 4 months of Brooklyn road scum dissolve into a faint paint thinning beige hue, go back to the girl to engage trading some more papers and receipts and getting a sticker, meet my car after she comes out of the moist, wet, cave with soft anti marking flaps.
