I’ve been going here for years with no issues, until recently. The last few months I go in and about 1⁄3 of the washing machines are out of order and half of the dryers have bad seals on them, which causes the door to open mid-dry and the dryers also eat your quarters. Today I made the mistake of leaving my clothes to dry while I ran some errands and I came back to damp clothes. This is the second time this has happened and I will not be giving them any more of my business.

Although, I had previously been satified with the laundromat, today was a disaster and i will never go back. i had a small load of light colored clothing that came out of the washer looking fine and put it in a dryer that had nothing in it. when I took the clothes out of the dryer they were covered in ink. I said something to the two women working there and they told me that I left an ink pen in the wash. I told them, I did not and there was no ink pen in the dryer. Apparently someone before left a pen in the dryer and no one ever bother to clean out the left over ink. I can’t see black ink stains inside a black and grey dryer. This laundry has drop off service and it is likely that the staff left a pen in the dryer and failed to clean it out. They made no attempt to apoligize or rectify the situation. They also didnt put a out of order sign on dryer 13. They were both rude and made no attempt to offer any assistance in getting the ink out of my clothes. I wt leastas a regular customer using both the laundy and the alterations services. Now, I will never go back. Even if it wasn’t the proprieters fault, they should have at least apologized and tried to help. They also should have put an out of order sign on the dryer until they could clean it.

Although it’s occasionally busy due to some considerate people bringing a family of eight’s laundry(hint for those sensible community members: go to a bigger laundromat), the machines are decently priced and the drop off and dry cleaning are actually absurdly cheap. So you can bring dirty clothes and by three different means leave with them clean. Pretty simple and enough to merit my very important, influential five star Unilocal rating.

This is place has good service only if the owner and 2 daughters work here. The 2 ladies that they replaced are not helpful at all, especially since most of the dryers are broken. It’ one thing if they don’t speak English but are helpful, it’s another if they don’t help you at all. Also, beware of 5the laundry drop off service. My clothes came back with soap stains. It looked like they weren’t rinsed carefully

The service is great, and they’re very low cost. They’re always polite and I’ve never had any trouble getting my dry cleaning back quickly. It’s nice to have a reliable dry cleaning service in the area!

Pretty solid laundromat that’s been here for a few years. The dry cleaning is affordable, and the service is good. They use a computer database to keep track of your drop offs, so if you forget your receipt during pick up – they can look up your name. I have brought several items here, and most recently dropped off a blazer to be dry cleaned, which ended up being $ 3.50. Only downside is that they are cash only. Overall nice place, I recommend!
