Love Nails

This is a horrible place. Just because it got renovations doesn’t mean they have improved their service.
I went in there on a Wednesday night, mainly because it was a Mon-​Wed $ 13 special. I asked how long the wait was because the two women working there were attending to customers. They said five minutes.
Four people walked in after me. I waited a total of 30 minutes.
Then the only woman who was available tried to accommodate the three of us waiting, and then went to give a manicure to the woman who was only waiting for ten minuntes!
They had duri nail polish lined up on the shelves disguised to look like Essie also!
Also in the time I was waiting the woman working there yelled at a customer for leaving the door open to talk to her friend. They were so rude!
They need to hire more people and have better customer service. They are so cheap that they only have two people working and need to invest money on better nail polish!
