It was a great spot to host about 100 people, including some kids for my twins’ first birthday party. The weather was great that day and everyone enjoyed the HUGE outdoor space. The manager was very accommodating.
The only negative is that there is no elevator, so load in and load out is a bit harder, but as long as you remember that and give yourself a little time, it isn’t a problem.
The space itself is visually fab, and that they include tables and chairs and there’s a full kitchen with tons of counter space as well as three bathrooms — all great and not available at most spots.

I had the pleasure to conduct 3 Events at loft 172 in less than a years time, Joel the manager is a very nice and accommodating business person. The loft is newly renovated and is large enough for most events. I would give loft 172 5 stars

The raw vibe is amazing and the rooftop tops it off.
Joel and staff are simply amazing.
