I am not one to write reviews, in fact this is my first, but after the amazing service i received at Leasing Direct I feel the need to let others who are in the process of searching for a new car know about my experience… After weeks of going from dealership to dealership I had enough with the car salesmen lines and pressure– and high prices. From A thru Z, every step or the process was easy and straight forward– and all the team members that I dealt with had the utmost professionalism and patience in dealing with me– and lets face it, i can be kind of a pain in the neck. And the icing on the cake– they were able to get me the best deal possible on leasing my new car– and I searched everywhere high and low… they were the lowest. I look forward to dealing with these guys again in 36 months when my current auto lease is up…

I never thought I would ever consider using a leasing company for fear of getting ripped off (especially being a female), but Leasing Direct proved me wrong. They are wonderful people to work with who prove they’re trustworthy with their word and offers. They saved me a lot of time and frustration in what would be an exhausting car shopping ordeal that getting a new car entails. LEASING DIRECT MAKES YOU AN OFFER YOU CAN’T REFUSE!
When we were moving to Fort Lee we discovered that public transportation simply would not do to get my wife to her new job. I had a 6-​speed Celica and she couldn’t drive stick so our only option was to trade in the car of my single days for one that would be more fitting for married life. The very thought of dealer with a salesman on a lot brought shivers down my spine. I can scarcely think of another business where you feel like you are being setup to be screwed the second you walk through the door. Fortunately for us, a co-​worker of my wife told her about the great experience she had when working with Josh Silver of Leasing Direct.
When I say that Josh handled everything for us, I mean that he handled EVERYTHING! After my initial call to Josh explaining to him my situation, he very calmly and coolly explained to me all of my options without ever being the slightest bit pushy like you might experience when dealing with the dealership directly. He arranged to have my car picked up and they gave me a quote that was reasonable which I used to cover my lease entry fees. Josh worked to get us the best price that he could find by mining several dealerships to see who could deliver the best car for the money. The next step was the test drive.
It should probably be noted that I never had to meet with Josh, so I have never been to his office and have only dealt with him via email and phone. I believe that his office is in Brooklyn, but he could have been working from home and I never would have seen any difference in service. So I went to the local dealership to take a test drive. Now I was back to reality as I dealt with various forms of reptiles that were looking me over like I was a piece of meat. I already had a great price from Josh, so I was curious what numbers the guy would throw at us. The numbers were ridiculous and incomparable as the numbers he was quoting were $ 50 or more per month for what was essentially the same car. When addressing the topic of my trade-​in he was so evasive that he went as far as asking me «how much I wanted for the car» instead of just telling me what my car was worth. After taking my test drive and was convinced that we liked how that model handled we knew that we make the right choice.
We never spoke to the reptile from the dealership again and it’s really been better that way. Josh had the car and the paperwork delivered directly to our home at which point they also drove away with my Celica. Since our lease closing my wife and I have spoken with Josh several times and he has always presented us with our options and without any high pressure sales tactics. We have one year left on our current lease and we are already talking about what are our options for rolling into either our next lease or whether to make an outright purchase. Don’t let the name fool you, Leasing Direct can help you whether you are looking to purchase or lease for any make or model of car.
Their company has completely changed the way that I view the industry and I would never consider doing business with anyone else. I highly recommend Josh and his company as they are a business with integrity. A few months ago I received a notice from a dealership which said that they were willing to buy back our car and terminate the lease early. I called Josh to ask him if this offer was kosher and he was quick to determine that the deal was bogus. Sure enough, but after stepping onto the dealership (the same one from the test drive) we were reminded of the reason why we hate dealing with those creeps. The letter was just a ploy to get us onto the lot and judging by the amount of people that were there we were not the only ones to fall for this scam. I really should have thanked them before leaving, because I know that I’ll never work directly with a dealership ever again.
