Oh my gawd. This is worse than the dmv. I been sitting here for an hour with an appointment and yet I have not even seen a glimpse of the holy doctor. There are only 5 other people who had been sitting with me for the last hour and only one went in.
Reception desk… they are currently still chatting about their day and when questions are asked they tell you sit down to wait for your turn.
If this wasn’t the only clinic In the neighborhood I would consider changing doctors.

This medical office is the worst. The doctor was friendly however, the ugly receptionists were rude. Everyone with appointments be prepared to wait, a long time! It is overcrowded and overbooked. I was there four hours for a well checkup. It’s ridiculous. The facility needs renovation and updated equipment.

I have been coming to this clinic for a few years. Mostly due to location convenience. Unfortunately convenience should no longer have any association with this shady operation.
This Janlian clinic and the other sister clinic near 8^th avenue clearly show how disgusting they are. the doctors have little to no care for their patients, often rushing through each patient and prescribing them anything on the books. Quite obvious that the operators of this clinic is functioning to mooch off unknowledgeable patients’ insurance. The patients are mostly immigrant Chinese and do not speak nor write English. Hence the reason for the lack of complaints. The clinic operators are aware of this and take full advantage as well.
On a side note. Both clinic are very dirty and overly packed. Wait time is often at least an hour and half even with appointments. The receptionists are extremely rude also.
My last experience with them was quite miserable. I called a few days ahead and made an appointment for 9:00am. I arrived in the blistering cold with a fever ridden flu, only to find out they open at 10:00am. Not only that. I had to wait until 12:00pm to even see the doctor.
I learned my lesson and quickly changed my doctor after. Avoid this place at all costs.
