So far, so good. Maybe they have addressed the problems people had in the past because I have been happy with the dry cleaning, alterations, and customer service here. The woman behind the counter is pleasant and they have a really sweet corgi in the back sometimes.

They lost a suit jacket and wouldn’t do anything to find it, even though I still had the ticket. She said my wife picked it up. The woman at the counter pointed to the surveillance video camera, saying she could prove it, but she never actually bothered to check the footage. Won’t ever go back.

Used to come here frequently to get my clothes dry cleaned. Stopped in today to pickup and I didn’t have cash on me. My total was $ 8.25. She refused to take my credit card and told me to go to an atm across the street.(So now I have to pay the $ 3.00 convenience fee because she doesn’t want to take my card due to my amount being $ 1.25 shy of the«minimum») She then tells me «The owner doesn’t like taking credit cards for under $ 10» I came back with $ 8.25 in change(it’s cash, am I right?) and she tells me to never come back again. Good luck if you come in mistakenly without cash!

Stay away. They lost about ten very expensive designer pieces that I sent off to be dry cleaned and tailored and were beyond rude about their mistake. First, the owner insisted that I had picked up the items and their records said the order was picked up. No, it wasn’t.(I still had the ticket in my possession.) After a few days of being in the dark about what the hell happened to my clothes, they called me to say they found them. The woman there again was extremely rude, dismissive, and refused to explain to me why it took them so long to locate my clothes and where they had been. Wish more businesses realized that errors are much more forgivable when you’re apologetic, polite, and provide quality customer service. Will never return to this place.

Won’t be coming back. They routinely have me back jackets with lapels that were uneven or misshapen, and dark cotton blends with white lines along the seams from what I assume was a really aggressive steaming. They could be weird about making the corrections. For the first year I came here it was decent but one day the lapel trend started and never stopped. I got fed up with having to take stuff back to them to redo and started looking through things before leaving when I picked my clothes up, and I’d always end up giving a few items back to be resteamed, which meant another pick up. Alternatively, the woman who is typically in there is a great seamstress and does wonderful alterations. That was largely a good experience, but alterations were not my typical use of this establishment.

Meh. Relatively cheap, good for dark/indestructible items. My black wool coat had dye stains on the lining post-cleaning, but hey, these things happen occasionally. However! I dropped off a silk dress for cleaning, and it was returned with the(previously intact) hem completely torn out. When I requested that it be fixed, the response was that«this normally happens during cleaning” – weird, since I’ve had it cleaned several times with no problem at all – and that it wasn’t their responsibility to fix it. I ended up having to pay $ 8 to have them re-hem a perfectly good dress. But don’t worry, it’s half-off the regular hemming price! Lolz. I won’t be going back.

#shadyalert DON’T EVERDOBUSINESS W/JSK CLEANERS. This happens to be one of my neighborhood dry cleaners and they just lost a customer. I’m happy there are others. They are very poor with customer service and have shady business practices. Today is 6÷27÷12 and I am just receiving back a blazer, that was brand new and only worn once. I dropped it off on 5⁄2. Sadly to say its still not clean after they ruined it with the first attempt of cleaning. The first time I received my jacket in May it was no longer white, rather off white with what looked like rust stains. I asked them to clean it again as the job done was terribly unsatisfactory. I informed them that I would be out of the country for two weeks, which is more than enough time to reconcile the bad cleaning. When I returned my jacket was still ruined. At this point I was fuming and demanded a refund. They refunded the price of the cleaning and agreed to try once more to clean it again. Here I am now almost 2 months later to pick up my jacket. The stains they created are gone but my white jacket is now cream colored. To make matters worse they held my jacket hostage until I paid them for the cleaning. Shady. Why give a customer a refund and then ask for the refund once the problem is 75% rectified? So after much back and forth I paid and vowed never to do business here again.

What a friendly and well located little dry cleaners! Its right by the subway so its a perfect spot for a drop off and pick on en-route to work. The woman who works there most days is very friendly and helpful. There’s nothing particularly special or charming about the place… very small but clean, and thats what Im looking for. They get the job done well and we’ve been back about 5x now since we just moved to the neighborhood within the last year. Haven’t tried their tailoring services yet. Prices are decent. Location is key. Give them a shot! And the coffee next door isn’t too bad either!
